A typical day at work involves logging into multiple channels and systems, greeting colleagues, and reviewing the schedule for the day. Once everything is set, I dive into my tasks, balancing between working on various projects and attending meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly.

As for what I learned during my time, I wouldn't say there was anything groundbreaking, but the experience helped me get a clearer understanding of my role and responsibilities. In terms of management, I had the pleasure of working with a team of cool, approachable individuals who made the work environment pleasant.

The workplace culture was one of the highlights, with a diverse group of people from various backgrounds, creating an inclusive and engaging environment. The hardest part of the job was managing multiple projects at once while ensuring each one met its KPIs. However, the most enjoyable part was definitely the people I worked alongside.

During my time as a Customer Support Agent a normal workday involved managing conversations for various customers. The job can get hectic, but the tasks remain engaging and keep you alert. I enjoy the quick-moving atmosphere as I often excel in such settings.

The toughest challenge is to balance different client needs while sticking to a consistent way of interacting with customers, but it becomes more manageable as you gain experience. The team stands out as the best aspect, with everyone ready to help, work together, and offer assistance.

- be prepared to be punished for working hard. this company will give you all the projects they have just to make money without increasing your pay. they will promise you an increase only to drag it as long as they can to get what they want from you. then.. when you decide to leave, they will hold this increase over your head or manipulate you to stay.
