The factory was always busy & the shifts there where not the same. There was a day shifts! Afternoon shifts & night shifts. But the night shifts are straining coz everyone enjoys their sleep especially at night but one thing that I liked there was that the night shifts salary was better than the other shifts salary. We where permitted to take chip's during lunch & every Friday we buy full packets of chip's at a less price. I've learned that before we package the chip's inside the boxes I have to cherk whether the chip's are packed properly inside the packet's by the machines & do quality control of the chip's before it can go to the customers. My obstacle at the time was that the company didn't want to give us permanent job & people there worked years as casual's with no contracts & permanent positions. But they pay well. I liked working there.

Great team synergy amongst first-line managers and staff members. The more efforts you put in the greater the recognition and rewards. My Ops manager in particular was truly a people’s person and always had his teams interests at heart.

Great development and growth,life is easy at work and work balance is shared accordingly.

The retrenchment and restructuring was the most stressful phase ever on the company.

Stock demand , target and PDR report after 3months.

Work environment there is good your feel at work and well coming.. Culture is respect, respect nothing else..

Stock take weekly and  stock rotation every day

We rating 26 rand for an hour also working overtimes ,and we don't have shift,an our overtake it pay 12 rand for an hour and not working during the weekend unless they asked for overtime .about my riview the company it has many opportunities like making training's for their employees, and about working for the I learned lot of things like how to work with people and gained lot of experience on how to opporate ,and inspection of the workplace.
Overall rating is 5 star.

It was a great and remarkable experince working for simba, the overall company culture was great, staff, manangement and customer interaction. Growth potential and the remuneration was great with full company benefits, I cannot think of anything negetive against this employer, I loved Simba, became the brand, if I had a choice I would go back Simba was my life until some collegues who are thieves stole my stock which resulted into loosing my job.

start early , travelling different areas meeting different customers learning how to achieve sales targets without assistance from management .working alone and associating with fellow employees and learning alot  from senior collegues .
in logistics and transportation traffic is the worst and explaining to customers on late deliveries.

It was nice working at simba i have gained alot of experience. I started working at simba under a learnership program.  And gradually my passion of being a sales representative grew. I became hungry for success, i became target driven. Hence i believe that working at simba was one of the best highlights of my career life in the FMCG industry.

It was good new challenges, you have to make your delivery easier for a day and be appreciated in you arrival in the receiving. You have to make sure you keep you deliver notes safe, and you truck must be clean at all time, always you have to count your stock before you load it in your truck. Make sure you check your invoice before you left to the receiving at all times
