As we know each company has regulation and policies to be followed by the Employee it was my responsibility to that it followed. This is to keep the Company image, standard and brand good in the public, and strengths relationship of the company towards others. The time you work with the people or staff you will easily lean or measure their performance. This can help to see how can you build the team spirit together, this create the strong chain among staff and self trust to be part of decision making. This help to improve productivies in teamwork. Promotions among staff is a very important role to lift the moral of staff and the performance of company. To maintain the good results of sales the orders must be on time and check your promotion line to be in stock daily. Your back-up area must be in a good houskeeping.You must train your staff to minimise the damage by handling the stock properly. Productivity and discipline on time keeping increase the sales as the stock will be available for customer daily. Customer service training those are vital important tools to increase the sales, strong involvement of management during month end times.To control the stock looses in business is a very important thing. You must make sure the security procedures are in place and well followed, security guards are well trained and understand their duties, staff entrance is properly controlled, all procedures regarding administration are followed correctly shrinkage committees, cashing up system is done daily. All the stock that is highly risk must be kept in a secure place , daily visible of management in deferent dept in order he/she can pick up any things that are not right .ln order to achieve the good results in profit you must keep company regulation in place, good planning of stocktakes,security procedures and all admin function correct. Control the expanses daily and stick on your budget that have been setup and rich the target

•My typical day at work comes with having to provide energy at work as a full time sixsty60 representative whereby you have to shop for an indirect customer for a minimum time of 60 minutes , making sure i meet the customers needs and theirs parcel gets to their place on time in the meantime I have to make sure I have picked up to date items and make sure I have placed and packed them i a right manner for quality standard, our customer satisfaction grows out business.
•I believe I have learned so many things like dealing with direct customers whereby I’ll have to attend to them while im doing the other job wich means I have to learn on how to multitask at all cost make both walking and online customers satisfied, I’ve learned indirect management skills whereby I’ll have to check our customers reviews on our emails and attend their calls too
This has taught me so many things and the understanding of having stock on the floor bringing team work to keep the store on standard 
•I have learned a lot of management skills whereby this has taught me to schedule our team members and stock ordering too
•The hardest part of the job comes with month end and endless specials whereby I have to work on public holidays and weekends too and overtime, a situation where I have proven myself that I can make this and keep motivation too
•The most enjoyable part of the job it’s a time where everyone is happy our direct and indirect customers it brings joy as we see our store sales grow and that gives us growth and more opportunities

My responsibilities include checking deliveries, verifying quantities against invoices, identifying damages, capturing data on the system, and ensuring all stock is correctly processed before reaching the floor. The environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication with suppliers and drivers.

Working here has taught me discipline, stock control accuracy, time management, and the importance of teamwork in retail operations. I have also improved my administrative skills through daily reporting and system capturing.

The hardest part was handling peak times with long queues, but it taught me to stay calm and efficient.

I loved working there mainly because my former manager used to teach me everything that I was willing to learn because I was also willing to grow within the company and probably end up in the management position with his help , I wouldn’t have left if he didn’t leave for the new manager 

Some customers were very difficult to handle but in order for me to do my job properly I had to calm down and handle the situation in a calm and positive manner

The most stressful part it's when the shop it's vary busy and the system very slowly because the customer end up to complain about standing in the line for about 20mins or 30mins

Working at Shoprite has been a genuinely joyful experience for me.  The environment among my colleagues has been one of diversity and inclusion, with team members coming from different departments and backgrounds. I've known them all and have enjoyed spending time with the team. Overall, I've had no negative experiences with management or working with customers. My regular customers have been particularly pleasant, and serving them has felt more like interacting with family or friends, which has brought me a great deal of happiness.
The challenges
Facing aggressive customers and dealing with theft can indeed be challenging, but I've been able to handle these situations effectively by following the training I received.
