Long hours need to be fit if you consider joining them

The treatment is very good they have a good management that knows how to deal with people 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Mostly working with trailers everything  based on trailers cosmetics and suspension

I like to work hear because i have learned to be more patient about several things i that i was not even aware they are my weak points,

actually its not hard at all to keep your work up to date as long as you don't wait for it to accumulate

sometimes the suppliers will give you hard times with invoices but the n,to keep on doing the follow ups on them will make them to co-operate.

When I started working at Sg coal we pushed for about 9months then the company decided to put a sub-contractor under sg coal .The sub contractor bring his trucks we worked for some months then the work was scares thats when they separated and we was retreched because the contracts was fill

Learn new things everyday and you can plan your future easily

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Pressure especially when  working with slow leaner

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
When company understands you its wonderful

S.G coal is a productive company and also the work place is good.Management is good.They also donate to charities and build creches,sponsoring schools with sporting equipments.They also create jobs to the community near their workplaces.They also teach drivers defensive driving courses.Safety is their priority.

I was working at S.G Coal as an Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic for a period of 2years, I learned a lot during my spell there,and the management was really making sure that we get the best training.

We work long hours we start working  at 3 in the morning  till late at night .in order to be get paid you have to rich the targeted loads for the day if u fail to rich the target you don't get paid  for the day

It’s not a bad place to start working and the environment it’s good . You can grasp a lot and learn a lot about the business and the whole process of building the business.


Work from 07:00 to 17:00
Training apprentices to become diesel mechanics
Do trade tests and applications 
The hardest part of the job is the second trainers who does not bring his part in training
The most enjoyable of my job is the satisfaction of the trainees when they pass

 Enjoyable  part  at work is when colleagues  respect  me and work together 
 Hardest  when Colleagues  don't help each  and no respect
