What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing good about workung for the company besides gaining call center experience,they domt treat people equal they treat people bad,you only allpwrd to gp to the tpilet on your lunch breaks only ,they will make you regret being employed

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They give you high targets,ridiculous targets and not give you good leads to dial,when you make commision you have to give your team leader something otherwise it will be your last commision in your life at selldirect

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They tell you its 8 to 5 ,but after 5 you must still dial because the call center did not make target

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always looking forward to going home0

You get treated like a child, threatened with job loss when you don’t perform, stripped of your breaks and made to stay after your shift to make target. Commission structure is fraudulent. You pay back your basic, your commission is taxed and you walk away with peanuts. Agents are made to pay for disputes even when you’re not at fault. Incentives are based on favouritism. Management and team leaders are unprofessional. No room for promised growth unless you sleep with team leaders. Toxic environment where you make the company rich while you get nothing

Working on dialer 8-5 , you get lunch but only if you've made your sales for the day , NO LUNCH TILL THEN . You never know when your cut off is because the team leader decides when you go home . I have learnt from this job that this is a terrible work place . Workplace culture is trash . A bunch of petty clueless people managing you . Hardest part of the job was the whole JOB . NOTHING ENJOYABLE 

It's a target driven environment. Good comission base structure, but the basic salary is low. Great incentives and free food is always offered. It's a Monday to Friday job. A lot of patience and motivation is required on tough days. You can build yourself up if you work hard enough. 

This is a good company to start with in order to build experience then move on to something better. The call centre atmosphere is very competitive, noisy and not very welcoming, whilst management seem to be paid to micromanage their staff who are nothing more than mere numbers. The pay is not market related which means they feel entitled to under pay and over work staff, and the hierarchical  power struggle or authoritarian leadership style is very evident when looking at executive management.

Sales is a skill and they teach it well

Employers forces one to do better
You need to be goal/target driven to see the amount of money you want, if not you'll just get basic which is a problem bc you they won't allow you to settle.
They have alot of advantages that you'll never get at another company
The managers are some of the coolest managers which means they understand how to deal with young individuals because majority of the company is employees are young

Sales target and being on required target everyday but then again it is a sales environment

Work environment is very upbeat and positive and the culture is easy to fit into. Its what u make of it

Being on target and making sales

the job is not for people who are actually money hungry , the commission structure is horrible plus the leads that are given are pathetic, not to mention the peanuts they call a salary. It’s too much hard work for little pay and also the leads that are given  definitely not going to make you commission. They also do things in an unprofessional manner , like shortening the lunch breaks out of the blue

Working at SellDirect Marketing was one for the books. I was always gracefully mentored and guided by extremely well team leaders who had patience with me regardless if I did not make target. There was healthy competition established amongst groups each groups which made making target really fun. Well grounded and down to earth leaders on that floor who shows mercy and empathy to their employees. I honestly had a great time at SellDirect.

worse work environment i would never recommend the company to anyone. they put pressure and under pay you. basic is 4k and commission is capped. Stressful workplace and they lie during interview
