I HAD A BEST DRIVER SALESMAN, ONLY TO FIND THAT HE WAS ROBBING THE CUSTOMERS AND I HAVE TO CHAIR THIS HEARING, BECUASE OF THE EVIDENCE I HAVE TO DISMISS HIM. YOU HAVE TO BE HONEST TO YOURSELF SO THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BE HONEST TO OTHER AND YOUR JOB. WE HAD DISAGREMENTS BUT NOT PERSONAL, FOR THE BETTER OF THE COMPANY. WE HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKER. THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB IS WHN YOU GIVE THE INSTRUCTION OR THE CONTROLS ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWED AND WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEN IT COMES BACK TO YOU. WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR CONTROLS IN PLACE AND THEY ARE WORKING POSITIVELLY THEN YOU CAN SAY IS THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART.

 I would go through the sections that i worked to see if there is any problems and then go back to my foreman who will update me of what needs to be done for that day.After meeting my foreman i would then go to my crew members tell them what to be done for the day.Time to go home i would fisrt go update the foreman what we have done for the day.I learned alot from my co-workers on what to be done and how to approach the breakdowns.The hardest part of the job was the exposure to high temperatures if say working in the oven and provers

I always arrive on time at work and ensure products are corresponding with the trip sheet.I typically check the vehicle before leaving.  I've learnt to work under pressure and cautious and dealing with different characters Management is very helpful and  they always give positive guidance.The hardest part of the job is to work on rural settlement with money COD(cash on delivery).The most enjoyable part is that I receive my salary on time...

First day at work was difficult, but i had to learn as much as i can to be in the team, luckily i had a good patient colleague plus my skills to learn fast, so everything went all good. I enjoyed everything i was doing night shifts and day shifts even thought it was hard because i was working part times so i find it hard to get used it to things and as we were working for 12 hours. The environment was good and the most enjoyable part of the job was when we feel up the cage with the packages that is when my energy comes because we should work as fast as we can.

The best part of working at is, you learn many things like how to communicate with a customer or any person they also grow you up by teaching you different skills of work even our management sometimes we sit together & talk about our work how are we going to push so we can reach the target, sharing ideas 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When there is a breakdown we have to work long hours

Team-work is one of the major character which where important.Hard working,working under pressure due to timelines or meeting the target/order is always the case. Working times might be a bit awkward since the orders must be met early in the morning. But it was nice to explore and experience the real product from start to finish.

Salesman interact with stiff minded customers😂

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It's when the money doesn't Ballance with the tripsheet

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good,bosses listen to their employees 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Breakdown at production causes delays

This company has the management which only thinks for themselves. They don't have appreciation no matter how hard you work . They also don't care about their workers if you complain then you lose your job especially if you are a temporary worker
