# I would download current account bank statements to excel; send to procesing clerk; check previous days transactions processed and transfer to relevant bank accounts.

This is a 24/7 job, there is never an end to your day, and expect calls after hours from clients and lead providers.
The job is very systematic and pretty much the same thing day in and day out, however, expect to be frustrated by your credit analysts being inconsistent with reviewing your applications.
There is plenty to learn about the property world and real estate.
This company has a lot of red tape, and implementation of  changes to processes are pretty much impossible, which create frustration when your goal is speed, because time is money, and the processes take so long due to old rules that have not been changed.
The workplace culture is amazing, and this is a great company to work for.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with internal process frustrations, the best part of the job is the reward of knowing you have assisted in changing other's lives.

1. A typical day is very productive.  Everyday Is a new day.  Not everyday is the same. Different yet exciting challenges everyday. 

2. I have learnt that the client is always right no matter what the situation and that the clients needs always come first.  

3.  Management and the leadership team are very involved in the staff's progression and development in the company and are very involved and try to help wherever possible. 

4.  Culture is very relaxed and a very family orientated policy applies.

5.  The hardest art of my job was telling a client that his loan has been declined for what ever the reason may be.

6.  Getting along with all my peers. Makes work life easier and social events more enjoyable. Also reaching targets and enjoying the benefits thereof.  But most importantly, the work life balance.

Client service restrictive environment with very discriminative management. Growth impossible with the rigid management. Management constantly highlights weaknesses constantly subjects staff to feelings of inadequacy. Development, training initiatives or courses only for favoured staff and limited few. Huge lack of professionalism. Staff constantly investigated for leave taken. HR does little to change environment or action a huge number of complaints from client service staff about management. A lot of people leave as soon as they are hired staff turnover not so good. A lot of work unrealistic expectations and demands from staff to perform against the constantly ailing and outdated system. Too much work for far less pay. Compulsory medical aid but unsubsidised leaving with to net.

A typical day at work is dealing with clients who are irate for some reason. We spend the day investigating various complaints and providing the best possible solution for the client and company. Each day is a new day where we learn something new everyday. My team that i work with is truly amazing. They are mature and self managed and fun to work with. Makes working in this department so much easier.

The hardest part of his job is telling a client that an application for further lending has been declined due to some reason outside our control.

Enjoyable part of this job is the excitement of learnng new things. Every day is an enjoyable challenge. My passion for property and dealing with people allows me to be 100% effective in a day.

Mortgage loan consultants perform the same duties as a bank loan officer. These include collecting personal information in a loan application, using it to assess a borrower's credit and financial history and explaining the loan process to the applicants. I Have a job so I am grateful for it. Company has a nice culture and work ethics. Like how each members of the family are different so is each department. I would recommend working at SA home loans.

You are equipped with all the tools to do your work successfully. Each experience is what you make of it. You can grow as high as you want with the company depending on how hard you work and what you putting out there. 

Salary is market related and the incentive are nice as well :-).

SA Home loans makes feel at home, they take good care of their employees at work and make sure they are short of anything while performing their duties. There’s a huge inequality gap between management and average employees, in terms of salary. Employees are not paid according to the workload they push out, the gap between the work and salary is also too huge, salaries are too low and the workload is too high.

The company is good. The people are driven, hard working, friendly and warm. There are many challenges on a day to day basis as the job runs across a variety of areas. This exposes you to a many fields and increases your practical experience and work knowledge.High stress enviroment as there are many targets to meet.

I loved working for SA Home Loans, it is a family orientated company. They made provision for people with children. Within the departments it's all about working together, commiting to the people you work with and to your actual job. SA Home Loans provides everyone equal oppertunity to grow within the organization. 

The hardest part of the job was dealing with petty nonsense. 
The best part of SA HOME LOANS is that you have a family away from Family.

I had to leave for personal reasons and regret it every day.
