Traveling to work was 1hr 45min . Get to work make some coffee then by 9 at our work desk for a morning meeting which we all loved because it was time to get hyped, some morning motivation and good vibes not forgetting incentives once a week. Best part working there was everyone was treated the same from higher rank to lower rank, didn't mean you had a higher post you should be different or treated different, at rewards everyone and everything was treated fairly

My working hours are 9am -6pm - Mon-Fri

Rewardsco has a very professional environment that subscribes to value and ethics. Rewardsco is my home away from home.

The hardest part of the job is going home in the afternoon, there is no hard part to my job ,I enjoy every moment and challenge there is to my job.

Rewardsco is a productive and fun workplace everybody is united the managers have great skills they motivate each individual to be at their best majority of the agents take home commission every month with no fail we as agents are assisted by the managers in making sure that we are productive each day and we deliver what is required on time what I like about rewardsco your job as an agent is recognized therefore we have great weekly incentives  it amazing how the management is pleased with what we do as agents we have awards for highly performing agents which is good because that also helps the other agents to be motivated and work hard overall rewardsco indeed is a great company

What is the best part of working at the company?
The environment and vibe. Most of all the comm structure was fantastic. Wouldn't mind going back. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The amount of money I made was the most incredible part of working there. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The energy, vibe and culture was one of the most wonderful experiences. You are recognized as not just a number but as and individual. And I think that's what stood out for me the most . 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day would be a day as in just going home with target. But that's OK

It is very sad to say that after many years of working for Rewardsco everything has changed!  New management has really made many staff leave.. There is no give and take at rewardsco... They only believe in take!
The com structure is a waste.. You will only earn you small basic. And they will make you work really hectic hours.. Known for exploitation. management will make urlife  miserable if they don't like you. What that means is that you need to suck up to them for them to like you...
They treat their staff as tho they are children in school! I'd rather be broke than to work at Rewardsco 


A typical day at work starts with subsidized coffee. I started as an insurance consultant and quickly learned how to be a leader and in so became an outbound insurance sector supervisor. the working environment was awesome as it was a corporate company with plenty of fun and games. the hardest part of the job was learning how to manage a large team and learn how to accommodate the different levels of leadership with each individual.. the most enjoyable part of the job was duplicating my sales capabilities and skills into my teams and making them successful. people follow you because of what you do for them and what you have done for the organization.

Instead of agents being put under pressure to meet targets...this company goes out of its way to do development coachings with agents individually to make them better agents.The only company where they genuinely care about each agent.There are alot of opportunities for growth within the company aswell

I would recommend it to somone who is driven and can work well under pressure.

The overall environment is friendly and relaxed. There are many different people who are helpful and are eager to tech you about how to improve yourself.

There is always somone motivating you when you arent motivated or need a push in the right direction.

There is a lot of pressure so for those who cant work well it would be inadvisable to work there. 
Learn to take each phone call as if it were the first phone call of the day.

Excellent place to work at. This was fun and also work. The working conditions was brilliant and the environment and people was great. The culture and work ethic of employees was like family. The productivity was always high which was in direct reflection to the morale of the business. The learning and development was great. The incentive was the best part of working there. Great company!!

Rewards was an exciting place to work when I first started. As time went they started with long hours. promising of a certain amount and getting less then that.
There's no room to climb if u are a good agent they don't allow for you to have better opportunities but rather make you sit in campaigns that's stressful and they take agents that don't work and put them in easy campaigns so they make more money doing less work and we make less money doing more work
