Getting to work and logging dial to USA customers. I think the somewhat pressure of the company is quite annoying and the anxiety it brings is another ball game. There is DEFINITELY favouritism, nepotism and overall preference A LOT OF INDIANS AND COLOURDS are in favour for higher managerial positions. There's is only a small percentage of black people but the rest of them are Indians and Coloureds that hold higher positions which is so demotivating to witness as an individual. Waking up knowing that you're going to that building is just gut wrenching. The culture is just okay but the work is strict and you cannot be yourself fully and feel like you actually like working. I cannot wait to leave this place for greener pastures. I do understand that work is not all rosy and peachy but not feeling some sense of belonging truly makes one want to give up. 

Family business,  rasims and favoritism, whole management is Family half of the indians are related and treating the company like its a family business if one family member does not like the will find any little thing to get you fired. Micro management, black people a seldomly considered for upper positions. No growth just empty promises and unnecessary threats, they hate people who stand up for themselves and they will find anything and everything to get you out!

They only promote their cousins and uncles who have no knowledge of their position. They couldn't even put us off for a day to host a decent Christmas party for us, we were given 30 minutes to attend and we were expect to be back at our desks on time to dial. Only management (relatives) and their families (their children) got to have fun while we were slaving away making money for them. HR is not on your side they're there to protect the company, they are very quick to get you fired. 

It's a great place to learn and grow. Fun environment and the employees are welcoming. You work with USA customers and the hardest part is when they recognize your accent. The workplace culture is great can't really say anything bad about it.

Micro management. 
Hr is for the company not the agents that bring the company money.
Too much favoritism and Nepotism.
Manipulation 
Positions given to whom they like and love.
No growth. 

Not nice to work without any benefits whatsoever. Would be okay if the salary was fair and was providing transport like most BPO for night shift agents, which was going to reduce absentism and late coming 

The culture allows for the right people who show up to grow and succeed. The leadership team is quite young but they are always improving. They have a lot of fun things that they do
