The company need a very hard workin person because of the duties that we doing they really need a hard worker and a strong person, I have learned a lot of skills especially on Leadership skills such as managing people, planing and decision making, receiving and delivering skill,the management is not 100% good to us because there's a lot of things that employees complain about from the management, the work place culture it's not excellent honestly there's some thing that employees are not happy about them, the hardest part of job its when they collectting chickens from the farm which we calling it catching its where buy the job its starting to be lil bit challenging. Then the enjoyable one is is when there's no chickens and we preparing for the next chick placement. 

* Planning & Review meeting. Make sure that all resources are available. Communicate with the whole supply chain about the days plan.

* I learned to work with people of different races, diverse and different levels. I learned to adapt to changes.

* Management allows you to run your own department in your own ways guided by the company procedures and policies.


* With co-workers we work as a family, we support each other.

* The hardest part of the job is when there are factors out of my control that will affect my productivity. E.g disease outbreaks. Power failure.

* The most enjoyable part of the job is archiving all the KPIs and being recognised. I get to learn new things everyday.

There is loads of things to learn if you pay attention to detail and show the initiative to learn. Yes, it can be stressful at times especially when there are breakdowns and the production output is high. 

Rainbow is exciting, challenging and very interesting. It is good that the company takes time to continuously provide refresher training to staff. Change is not always welcomed and sometimes slow down improvement. People do become complacent in their daily tasks.

I have learned a lot about different types of machinery, processes, CCPs and OPsPRPs and how it all comes together. The most enjoyable part of the job is putting a plan in place through whatever the circumstances are, following through and achieving the end result.

My role at Rainbow, is to oversee consumer complaint, Operational quality management of quality control & quality assurance, ISO 22000 & HACCP, conducting product and packaging trials, maintain BOM’s ,participate in internal, external audits and customer visits when required, ensure adherence to Rainbow Total Integrated Management System(TIMS) , staff management and & development, participate in product KPI audits, reporting on compliance with company & regulatory standards for plant based cold storage ,liaise with plant management & plant Base Cold Storage Management on any non-conforming issues.

What is the best part of working at the company?
For electrical engineering to assist the company to increase the standard of company 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you don't get the money that you expect & loss the job is very difficult to find a job

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nothing important to that because you must respect the culture of other people

Nothing more to enjoy your work place & be honest

Rainbow is the company of chicken meat so insede it was very good and the workers are working overtime because they know the important if pushing the job also the commucation was good. Company always cleaned in side because there some people who make it clean.the company provided employes with transport and food inside.there was a clinic inside the environment  actually safety was there.inside company there was a different job title.

-To make sure you work smart to get the job done.

-Management is really important because they have to make sure the work is done, and they are good people.
-To have a good communication to each other and work as team.
-To make sure you done every job they gave you at the right time.

Management at the Rainbow Worcester plant are not productive at all. The whole bunch of them need to be replaced. 
We have in the engineering department for the past 6 years, have all been rated on performance appraisal a 3 out of 5 no matter how you perform. 
Thank goodness I have resigned and going to a company where the employee is appreciated 

Employees motivational activities like creating a protocol of electing an employee of the month. Persisting problems to be discussed by the team before elevated to top management.
