My typical day at work, was when I arrived at the office, I had to cover my area and then other managers areas. What I have learned is to do planning on behalf of other managers as well so that all sites can be covered in time. About the management, if they could make time for us as managers and have meetings frequently then everybody would understand their job function. Culture, Top Management did not care about their subordinates like junior management. The Hardest part of the Job, is when you hard to cover other managers work/sites and had to dealt with their admin as well. Joy able part, is when I had to travel and deal with those up country sites, because you away from the office

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's the best campany have good experience when come to guards responsible and needs attention. The do care more about workers than managers it's the one the do work than management 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Most of the company the do not care about employees dump on the forest without shelter, other companies are treating employees just to make their own good names by using you.

Christian or culture it's my things both

Training cctv and to knowledge about how to protect your self when comes to prevent arrest or property before anything happen at the premises

My current job worked as security officer at ROSS security

Don't have any stress for this company because am working hard for the past few days

Working environment was very good and impress customers

A typical at having  distinctive qualities particular type of person or thing. I believe i have learn a lot of thing .The management must tritt employee in a good way. i a workplace the culture must be follow like to pray to start the duties .If you can find someone to tritt you bad  at the workplace  The most enjoyable part of the job is  pay day

Pays you in time .no complain from the client. Always at work places

Knock off later n no transport

I hart month end was stressful to me

Ross security treat their officers with dignity and pay them well,I never had any pay quires at Ross and they paid all my benefits accordingly.even though I'm nolonger working for them but,I am still happy with how this company operates.i only left because I wanted to work as a mobile supervisor but even in my next life,I would like to work for this company 

Mr price staff was amazing but wouldn't recommend ROSS to a friend, they do not prioritize their employees and they do not pay for the time worked and they do not give clear explanation for they delay in payment 

They have normal site but most site are wholesale  like  wolies, Truworths, identity.it easy work u just great all customer make them feel good  if they asked something u need to know to make custom happy and feel good

I work all  day to make sure my company does not lose the contract and my to this company successful and growing fast and fast to all province and wish one day to supervised people to do ryt this so that my boss can be pride but me

Liked working there.. i got a post at fashion fusion clothing shop... and i learnt a lot while working. I learnt to take full responsibility of everything that was going on the shop. And made the workers feel safe on every day of their work.
