What is the best part of working at the company?
They care for their staff. Provide continuous opportunities to grow. They are a great combination of both tenacious and professional. I would recommend anyone to work at RCS. They also provide their customers professional services and always improve a customer's experience. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There no stress as the management staff including the CEO, listen to their staff and support them to the best of their ability. You create your own stress if you fail to meet deadlines and don't stay on top of your game. I worked for RCS for 7 years and my experience was great. Leaving the company was my greatest mistake. If I could single out an incident, I would mention that at times Management would request changes last minute. How I dealt with it was putting in extra time to meet the expectations. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
RCS culture is dynamic and always support their staff of any diversity and across all levels from agent to top management. They are open to any suggestions that would improve your needs, individually and customer experience. Knowledge are shared to ensure meeting the objectives. They seek people who are passionate who are optimistic, informed and open for change. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Open all unread emails. Check any unfinished tasks. Create a to do list for the day based on priority and importance. Have a strong cup of coffee. Accept scheduled meetings that is related to support my role and growth. Set up meetings to provide updates on current projects with the internal clients. Seek support and guidance should I require more information on my tasks.

A typical day for me is a mix bag of tasks, I start of the morning checking mails and if there are any tasks that require urgent attention, I have planned trainings I conduct at our merchants. I train and test speed point terminals. I conduct audits at stores so that they are in compliance with process and procedure. I take care of the day to day needs of the office in Durban, I also look after the fleet for KZN.

The hardest part of my job is that I have limited control of certain processes that if i had acess to systems i could sort our immediately, and since I am store facing I seem to not know what I am doing when these tasks are beyond my control

The most enjoyable part of my day is that no 2 days are the same. I meet new people daily and interact at all levels.

My day starts by assisting in detection and deterrence and reduce the incidence of fraud and crime and how to identify fraudulent activity and behavior. In-house online systems- Transunion, XDS, Vision +, Alpha+,Cybertel, Sms portal, Alchemy, ITC. My managers and Team leaders are a good support for growing me and helping me achieve more experience. Co-workers are always assisting and team work are very important in getting the best results. The hardest part of the job is to hear how easy it is to commit fraud and listening to people who has been going through these fraudelent activities. The enjoyable part is catching these fraudsters and reducing the risk of fraud.

I worked there for a number of years and always felt welcomed in every space, from routine meetings to meetings with execs. I always felt heard and appreciated. 
RCSs greatest attribute is its people, not just good at their jobs, but genuinely nice people. 
Management has the same issues all management has but on the whole, they are very approachable and friendly (which is not the case with most execs in other companies!)
Great training on various programs and management and the company in general are open to staff doing courses to improve skills.

It was a very exciting environment demanding a 100% commitment, lots of demands .You need to be goal driven be target driven.I have learnt so much like be what ate your goals for the future..and you also needed to do a daily break down on how the day treated you what challenges you faced and how you overcomes them.I have learnt problem solving.I've learnt how to use law of averages.work place culture was not that bad but not good either but I managed because I was goal- Driven.The hardest part of the job was payments .Our payments was commission based.The most friendly ,funniest environment ever.

The company is great to work for.great benefits.the head office staff is helpful and you can call them for any queries regarding anything that is work related.the company give you the opportunity to work with all kinds of people .I love the well being help line wich they have to to help their employees to cope with stress or any other personal problems witch we as the employees might have.I love the programs witch the have for the employees to get to know the products which we sell,but most off all to help the community with projects.

I deal with customer query and requests from the beginning till the end of the day. I also support the staff with any queries they do not know have the skill to handle. Management is not the best that you can have but you just need to know how to deal with their different personalities. The co-workers are the best you can find making your day go a lot more survivable. Miscommunication and damage control can be the hardest part of my job but can be very rewarding once sorted and clarified.

I enjoy working within my team.

The Mowbray office is buzzing from 8.30 and coffee counter is congested :)
Meetings on the ground floor; lots of video- con to other offices and other 3rd parties which is testimony of the collaborative service- centered orientation.

The offices are all on floors 1 and 2.

was when the other departments were extremely busy and they decided to send us on 2 day training to help other departments with thier work ...I gain experience in other departments .The management there is really good at times and there is the culture is diverse ...The hardest part of the job is getting train only a few days for work from other departments when they ask us to help ...the most enjoyable part is the atmosphere people are friendly and polite

Some times its difficult to get clients because some don't qualify for the store card due to credit score and some due to under credit bereu, yes it can be challenging at times but its nice to engage with different types of clients... I learned to be patient and if you are in sales you don't analysis the client by their appearance but by their profile and also team work with other colleagues and had to learn different languages as they is alot of different people that talks different languages.
