To improve the company skill as I wish to work and show young generation 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Is the lack of employees at work when they become absent

Scaffolding is too much important for safety of the company and the company must not find them in risk 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day is monday to surtuday

We get good suport from management. And i have got a good relationship with all fellow forkers and take there work in to consideration but make sure it gets done in a safe manner, and also make sure i know what there job involves and how it must get done. you cant help someone improve there safety cultere at work if you dont know what there works about.

The hardest part of my job is the traffic management as we have high volume cars traveling on the roads. And compliance from sub contractors.

I enjoy my audits then you have a chalange to improve each time.

At Raubex you start your day by doing a quality check on the vehicle you are going to drive for the day, than find out which sites you are going to visit.

Raubex is a great company for anyone wanting to pursue a career in construction. They are well equipped and have top management skills and are always wanting to develop your personal skills in order to execute your job title in a better manner.

The people in my workplace don't communicate with each other.
I am working with 23companies, and do al the Admin word.
Answer telephone, arrange meetings, we as 'n company social maybe once in 3 months for teambuilding, but the people in my department are not willing to take part.

I learnt surveying and to test materials.
I did construction supervision.  I also did quality control. I help the site agent with project management. I had to work irregular hours sometimes but it was funny.

What is the best part of working at the company?
We learn some skills there while we were working as a general worker 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Stressful is when they don't take your suggestion serious nd take decisions and make a final say without our agreement

Working at Raubex was a good opportunity because I learned how to work as a team.I experienced a lot of thing like how you control traffic because the is always a traffic when building road and that's why its called stop and go.

It was highly productive when we did solar pannels under Scatec solar and it had the less numbers of injuries becouse employees were inducted before they went to the plan and familiarising its employees with matchines that were to be used.
