I was always not satisfied about their operation

Is paying 11.25 hours not 12 hours,overtime R199.24 but normal shift is R259,something.some of the site  you work 9to9 but quatro will never help you with transport.absend deduction is R380.favoritism from management and supervisor's. 

Working at Quatro it can be quite enjoyable sometimes because safety is more important and they really take it to consideration, but i do not think management manage their things properly as we always have to do pay queries every month bt as a person who drives i recommend their vehicles well serviced an roadworthy

*Keeping  clients property assets safe

Everyday is a busy day lots of complains and incidents accuring on site
Learned to stay calm in every situation and solve problem in a professional manner
Management is very supportive and encouraging to do batter
Hectic day everyday deliveries clients and tenants must b assured they are safe at all times
Hardests part failing a client
Satisfactory of a happy client


I did work at Quatro but I'm not impressed about the management they don't worth their officers and not care about what's happening on sites I hate manner of treatment on guards and they not fair only care about the management not officers they only hear them and they now take out permanent people they put learners. 

It's a nice company to work for and the management is too responsible and and have a lot of respect to their guards they alway look after you when yo at work and they make sure that they don't want to see you wearing fluffy uniform they like to see the guards smartly dressed 

had a great time at quatro security servise.it a nice company to work with especaily for freshers freindly work environment sinier manegement is good.
