Job requires a great deal of human interaction,this is both between staff and customers.Days although involve long hours the nature of the work ensures that the day is fun, enjoyable but also comes with a element of pressure. The restaurant has a sit down department and a delivery and take away department, its essential that these departments are equally managed to ensure that customers are satisfied.its essential that management of stock is done continuously and effectively in order to improve efficiency  of restaurant as well as reducing costs in the business witch helps with the profitability of the restaurant.

Nothing, long hours and underpaid for hours worked


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having the owners watch your every move and complain constantly about other staff

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very degrading with no positivity 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive for your 15 hour shift and get no appreciation for anything that you did, just complaints from the owner about what went wrong and nothing about what went right.

Pizza del forno it's a lovely fine dining restaurant which you can go relax with your family and enjoy the nice delicious food that they make. There is many fun and responsible work is there with good customer service. You can go visit pizza del forno you will never go wrong it is a wonderful place to be, a wonderful restaurant to go eat with your family.

Sometimes it's a good day,sometimes bad you meet different people, others are stubborn others are not

I have learned to assist each and every costomer with a smile no matter what because a customer is always right.I have learned that every problem has a solution

I believe myself to be a great manager. Del forno is a great company but the owner for the shop I managed was not so great unfortunately. I don't mean to bring his company down but he needs to learn how to treat the people he works with better.

A great place to work at the game training will be given work environment extremely fun great Staff Management ok I guess wonderful customers everything is just fabulous great uniform as well I must say

It was the best experience ever,I miss working for pizza del forno.i won't mind going back if the chance arises,and hoping it's still as fun as it was.

Working At Del Fornos Was Hard At First
