A typical day involved managing staff, handling inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I learned valuable leadership and problem‑solving skills. While team members and customers were supportive, area managers and regional leadership offered little guidance. The workplace culture was team‑driven but strained by lack of upper management support. The hardest part was working long hours without overtime pay. The most enjoyable part was building strong relationships with my team and receiving appreciation from customers.

Overall Good place to work .Day starting with shiftly forcast, assigning staff, product forcast and booking of big groups
 If you want to learn some thing e.g customer dealing, Helping team members, Handling customer complains, Shift management, online training as well as doing practically with new team mebers.
Focus on hourly sales and labour.

repots on daily sales and confrence call on next weeks sales and forcast. revieing last year sales.

I dont feel any thing hard as i believe on my self to handle and manage every thing according to the situation

Busy time is the most enjoyable time for me as i take it it a more challenging time

every day is a busy day, as a manager on duty you have to make sure that you are running a great shift and be able reach customers needs by producing a great quality product of which im pretty sure i do. Its an enviroment where you have to respect everybody despite of their culture, colour, race, religion or nationality. The hardest part of the job is when you have to sacrifice your time and energy to make sure that you have reached and exceed the targets working abnormal hours and at the end of the month you dont get paid for what you worked for... you dont even get bonus at the end of the year. 
Is when you get and receive great compliments from the customers i serve for the great and quality product we make and they always come back for more and bring in more customers.

when arriving to work I will have to start making boxes for out the back and front so we don't run out when it gets busy. I will also being answering the phone and taking orders like that and by doing face to face orders. I have learnt a lot by working here, I've got better at talking to customer and have gained the confidence in being able to talk to anyone. Management is ok and my co workers are very nice, we are able to work well as a team and get tasks done quickly and efficiently, whilst still having fun. the hardest part of the this job was by making sure that every customer who orders with us is happy with what they have received. The best part is that it is very easy to pick and easy to learn everything, however I like challenges.

Proficiency; Agood working energy provided to employers by the company employees,bring about collaborative effort therefore making all the would be great task appear easy and simple.Workers are like fingers,aslogan of the hotel,born on the same hand,but different sizes and so specific functions.Team work alone made me feel at home while at work.Self motivated in playing my role as I nearly worked with no supervisor,but performed excellent y and professionally reaching required specifications.Also,the salary given to me before the month ended was a very good driving gear accompanied by the first people culture of hospitality and action recognition given by the hotel administration to workers.

Multitasking, teamwork,hard work and sense of urgency to provide the quality products was part of the culture. Speed of our services to the customers,

To be honest when I worked there the owners were very caring about their employees and they made sure that we don't stay in one position for too long

Weekends are my typical days because that's when I enjoy serving more customers and more production to be done..so I love it.

I enjoy working at Pizza hut due to the friendly staff, we work as a team especially during high pressure situations. The problem begins when people from head office come to the store and enforce rules and new methods that disrupts our working system. This causes a huge problem because customers are negatively affected. 
My most favourite thing to do is putting a smile on a customer's face because of my great service.

Being employed at pizza hut was a great experience for me most importantly I gained alot from increasing sales ,good customer service and hygiene . The staff was so welcoming willing to assist me where I needed assistance the working environment was very health, like every other workplace there were days were things were upside down but with well trained management  there were steps and methods to solve problems .
