A typical day at work often feels more like a test of endurance than a fulfilling experience. The lack of meaningful learning opportunities leaves me feeling stagnant; instead of growing in my role, I find myself repeating the same tasks without any real challenge or development.

Moreover, the management here is seriously lacking. Poor communication and a lack of support make it difficult to feel motivated or valued. This contributes to a toxic workplace culture where negativity and frustration are the norm.

Adapting to constant changes is undoubtedly the hardest part of the job. Just when you think you’ve gotten used to one way of doing things, everything shifts again, leaving little time to adjust or thrive.

On the brighter side, the most enjoyable part of my job is undoubtedly going home at the end of the day. It’s a relief to escape the chaos and disorganization that characterize the work environment.

Overall, the combination of inadequate management, a toxic culture, and constant upheaval creates a challenging atmosphere that overshadows any potential enjoyment in the role.

it's a good company especially if you want start your career there, there's growth , Energetic employees who are always willing to help and their training period is very fair they give you enough time to learn before you can start Great work place

I had a great experience but the store burn down so I did not go back as I relocated and found another work.

One learns a lot also how to be more helpful and how to communicate better with customers both genders and all ages.

You have really long days and the management is horrible.The manager would call me at night ans not end of business to let me know I'm coming in for work. Also,you work for years before yoi become a permanent employee. There is minimal growth.The environment is just toxic for one's mental health.

At pep you learn alot and you move forward in life. From a sales assistant you move up to 2ic where you learn management skills how to run a store and how to manage stock and staff. Its a shop you can be proud of to work cause you learn more than you gain.

I wish I was never there from the first place working for a company like that it's a disaster too much pressure the management is too bad every time it's bad

Job becomes tedious after a while. Learnt to respect people of all walks of life. Management supportive to a degree. Workplace culture is good. The hardest part is dealing with unhinged customers. The best part of the job is locking up and going home
