Pep store is a good store i have learnt so many things working under pressure stressful time and customers that would do anything to make them shop and come back happy by being nice honesty faithful and be accurate with the till making sure you serve customer in a right manner and also working on a an environment that is clean healthy and hygiene no stock shortage every stock on the floor for customers to buy but the is no promotions for p27 the casualties it can take 10 to 20 years no promotion and they promoted a lady to be a manager she didn't like me she was always grumpy and treat me so badly  to me she can not call me in for 2 moths and put her favorite that is why i went back to school but i have learnt a lot i'm thankful to work there.

Best part of working at pep is that I'm learning new things everyday and looking forward to learn more.

Customer interactions. Dealing with difficult or demanding customers can be challenging

Pep store is a busy retail environment where employees work together as a team to provide excellent customer service.

A typical day at pep store can vary depending on your role

Expect a day of hard work, where you interact with customers, getting stock to the floor as soon as possible and keeping the store clean and tidy.
Pep stores has a clear market segment plan, they have selected low income earners who still want good quality at a low price. Having extensive knowledge of the product your selling encourages the customer to make the sale but dont over sell the product. 
Management has created a very distinctive organisational culture which is evident in every store so when the customers enters the outlet the know what to expect.
The hardest part of the job would be the Sunday work and over time employee has no private life.

You leaner a lot about store clothing and technology till  to transfer money to other countries like mukuru send money

When item don’t have code or customer complain- about transaction offline during month end and stock taking

The environment good and bad because you work with different people and some time customer stole stock and robbers as you need your eyes are open to see all movement what happened to store and friend customers and honestly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
December time becouse we work entrée hours,holiday and Sunday double pay

My day at work starts as early as 7:30 to prepare for Start Of Day which is ensuring that the shop is ready for trade and we have our morning talk which is to motivate and give support to staff. Top management is supportive and always at my finger tips so are my co-workers, always willing to give a helping hand when needed.

The hardest part of the job is dealing with a robbery or coming to work with that in your mind already.Trading after an armed robbery has occurred.

The most enjoyable part of my job besides making daily budget and monthly budgets is the bonuses we get for sales and stock loss bonus.

My typical day was my first day, I did not know anyone at work by then and there were plenty of awkwards moments,I have learnt to manage time, communicate with other people and to assist where I can, and the management from the manager was ethical we were all treated equally without any discrimination,the hardest part of the job was moping the floor of which I thought was not good for me but I managed and endeded up enjoying  the hardest part,The most enjoyable part of the job was helping customers while chosing best phone for themselves, actualy  I enjoyed their company,communicating with people is one of my hobby.

Working at pep  was helpful. Training of employees. Good and healthy culture .good management.

Working with mood customers that disrespect us and use vulgar words against us

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
start the day off by checking my emails. This way, I can reply to clients and get everything organized at the start of the day.

24th of December, its always a busy day so we working for long hours than we usually do. I learned many things such as: Working under-pressure, Time management, working for long hours, working during holidays etc... The management is always cool and fair to all of us as the staff. (My co-workers) we always perform at our best because we working as a team. The hardest part of the job its the rule that says the customer is always write no matter whats the situation is. The job is enjoyable because i like working with a team and the store feels like home now, i mean spend more hours there than home.

Working at pep is a good idea because there are so many skills that i got such as communication skill that's very necessary. This skills is helping me a lot, now I can communicate with others people easily even the first time I meet them.

Working there makes me understand difference behavior of people and their emotions.  Some of them are inpatient and angry but I must keep calm and speak with them  in a polite manner. This is an easy thing to do because end of the day I have to solve the customers problem. 

I learned how to be resourcefulness, doing many things in a short period of time, quick and efficient

When it is busy and assisting customers all the time, wake up early and work extra time

When we do stock take, because we need to balance things at the shop and endure open late for customers

It is very good , especially when you focus on sales that we are doing and on targets or when all the ails a clean

When we were told that we must make a target but there were no customers that day and it was raining badly
