Customer come back with a paid device but not unlocked,  we have to use your own data to unlock  customers devices.  No act day for getting paid. Salary changes in expected,  you work on holiday and weekend but and it will be a normal day.  I leaned to be patient understanding  and giving the best  to a customer. There's no managerent , no calcuture at the work place,    reaching to cx and have to explain one thing many time to different urgent. When a paid device doesn't get unlocked.  Check and explaining toa customer if he or she qualifies.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The working hours were great, the incentives also amazing get them everyday, and product was easy to protect and sell

The network sometimes was a hustle

So I worked in a store, ACKERMANS as long as the stuff there works well with you then everything will work

Mornings will be checking in and making sure your network is working  the rest of the day is attending to customer most days arw busier than others

There is basic and commission. The work environment is healthy

Making sales target and customers tend to not misunderstand straight forward instructions so you have to repeat them in terms if making payments. If customers don't pay you could risk getting your logins deactivated

It can be fast paced or slow depending on customers

Everyday is busy. I have learned to be patient. I have also learned new sales techniques and training ideas. Management was excellent. Everyone is usually busy, but when you do have a moment to chat or catch up, the team was amazing. Watching the company grow was absolutely amazing. Being a part of the PayJoy SA Team had been fantastic. The most difficult part, was the occasional system issues. But these were resolved quite quickly.

Customer service. People got to Confuse this contract and I'm at my best to explain it

When customer say they understand but come back looking for explanation again

Responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on payment options

If you’re a student looking to make some pocket money then this is the job for you! However , if you value your mental health then I would not recommend at all, in fact RUN! 
The management team is absolutely useless. And it’s one thing to be useless but to be RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL TOO? Crazy work. The pay is too little for what they expect of you. Even when you face problems in store and require help, they ignore you but still expect results when push comes to shove.

It's not that stressful but not reaching your sales target
