A typical day at work would be cold calling at least 500 potential clients convincing them to take insurance, trust me when I say 10 out of that 50 would agree. SALES IS HARD. Some of the team leaders can be mean and extremely rude when they want to. If an agent is still on 1 sale, instead of motivating them, they make fun or be disappointed. All they say is “you’re on 1 sale? really? really?” How do they expect us to be motivated if that is their reaction? The team leaders are only happy for those who met their targets because the agents are making them money lol. For me the hardest part of the job was waking up at 5 in the morning and knocking off at 6:30 for a little amount of money. They make us work overtime for free. Their work hours is from 7:45 to 6:30 but in the contract it says we should knock off at 17:30. Agents work on Saturdays as well for free ( just because they didn’t meet their targets) Their work hours are terrible for the amount of money they pay. And agents hardly make any commission 

They make it so difficult for you just to get the job.
You wasting you last money to get there for training then you need to write assessments do role plays all those formalities I fully understand it I a working place and procedure but unemployed ppl need money not more stress added to there plate with all these things they need to go through before getting the job.
What I like about them tho they very disciplined when it comes to work and rules I love that but for me personally it's a waste of time and traveling money

Not anyone fits in you need  to be part of a culture to fit in
Once you learn how to respect your peers an colleagues you go far

Creating leads but it's also the most fun part about it 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very diverse it's not for anyone and everyone 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
7.45am-6.30pm hectic but it's the workers that keeps u going

Draining if you not used to work under pressure
I learned to be punctual 
Workplace culture is 50/50 not allowed to smoke weed around if caught you will be fired immediately cause they share the same building with residents
Daily target increases  to 20 if U've been there for 3months which was high for a lot of us the leads are 50/50
Environment is dope

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing 
There was stress all over the place
They put the music extremely loud that you can't even listen to the client 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything 
The time to start the job 
And the finished time 
Let's not talk about the salary 
It was really poor 


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nothing at all
I wouldn't even bother discussing more

Only had 2 months on the job, management is great the people you work with have a good energy and environment. The only problem is the hours and lunch breaks you don't have time for anything or your family, you knock off at 18h30 with no transport and there's no longer basic salary you work for commission. The job is for desperate people. I would only go back if they had basic salary of R5000. 

Work is only fun because the colleagues were fun. P3 is draining , there's no room for growth. Managers? -1. The pay is DEFINITELY  not enough. Friday was the only day most people looked forward to because of leaving an hour earlier.

Management is great I don't want to lie.
Work place can be very nosies and loud cause of the music.
Environment is great causeif positive energy.
Coming to work is a joy except the low salary.
It's a great place for a stepping stone to your call center experience. 

they make you travel to waterfront where you have to search for their building, they also are very false in their nature , they speak like your basically hired, then never call you again, be weary of wasting your travelling money to go to this place .

It’s target driven, however the pay is terrible and you can make 300 sales for the month and yet only make R1500 on commission and 4K basic and life is way more expensive with a salary of R5500 in 2022.
