It's a nice work ,I enjoy it especially communication with customers and it's an easy job. You learn new things everyday . Time management is very important so that you can finish your order in time. Sometimes you get many order so you won't have time to relax you will stand for long hours. Knowing how to deal with difficult customers it's very important. Know how to work under pressure very well.  I love doing shopping so it's the best work for me. Customer service skills are important and good communication skills.

The money you get it's reasonable even though they don't pay you for overtime. Sometimes driver take time to arrive to pick up the order so you have to stay until late. Knowing the cold food chain  will help you to get good reviews from customers provide a great service. 

Worst company to work for 
No support
Underpaid!!!!  I cannot stress it enough, underpaid for a supervisor  job when you're the one pushing trolleys ,there's no runners,  you need to drive and collect uniform ,take shoppers here and there with your own car
They treat the drivers like ****,absolute no concern for them when they are the ones on the ground
No support for shoppers unless they doing a **** job
No continous training and support 
 They don't care about you  ,you can be there today and gone tomorrow 
You never feel secure in this job 
This is the job you have while looking for another job

Inequality 
Salaries always short paid ,sometimes do not correspond to days worked
Public holidays are normal working days
Even Sundays are not double pay
They will overwork you all they care about  is their profits,as long as orders are shopped and finished for the day ,they good
Even if u are the best perfomer there is no appreciation or any token of appreciation
I will never recommend anyone to work in such environmemt
It is very stressful
Supervisors are the worst  can't even report properly when you have a problem they do not care u must be at work.

At onecart all working days were good. I learnt how to treat customers in a good manner. Management was excellent especially time management it was perfect. I won't say much about work place but all I can say Staff there was non discriminating. To be honest I didn't have an hard time nor experienced a hard part at work. Be rated by the customers when they were pleased with there orders


Supervisor’s and management don’t care about their employees,late payments always we have to strike to get paid 

Toxic working environment it is because our supervisor’s have favouritism and when we address it to the superiors they juss turn a blind eye and side with supervisor’s 

Its a horrible company u can ever work for,ask any employee who works for this company they will tell u,poor renumeration,late payments,poor management and communication does not exist its their way or high way if u want to be misserable and depressed work for onecart.

Month ends are really busy so you have to keep up with the pace

Very friendly positive and you learn something new everyday 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy from 8 till 2 pm ,you knock off at half five

Team leads are friends with employees on the floor and the favouritism is key. 
KPIs are rigged because friendship is more rewarded than actual performances.
You work extra hours unpaid. There's a lot of exploitation.
They rather hire new stuff and   than to increase the salary of those on the floor.
There are no benefits at all, no fun , no team building.
Friends of the team leads are bullies.
It's a depressing environment overall.

There are different salaries between shoppers yet we have the same job they playing a picky picky ambulance when giving contracts. You work overtime and they don't pay for them. Pay is inconsistent and has alot of discrepancies.  From headoffice to senior positions all they are unprofessional.  It doesn't accommodate students and they don't care about you all they want is money
