I worked for a company that was acquired by NTT and since the acquisition, there have not been any raises or bonuses for us. Leadership has changed several times, and the manager I reported to directly was moved from a project manager position to a management position. The lack of experience shows as leadership was non-existent since one cannot manage a team like a project. Several employees have been 'benched' and NTT never has openings internally, but at the same time state they have thousands of open positions that need to be filled. Work is being moved from the US to offshore (mostly India) at an alarming rate.

I have learned a great deal here, but there is increasing Tokyo oversight, red tape and approvals + input to product development. And Tokyo / Japanese management can be out of touch with what American business (i.e. customers) want / need. Decision making is via consensus and is slow to happen, causing customer projects and initiatives to be held up and take too long. This is hard to try to explain away to customers who do not understand why PO's to expand their solution take weeks to approve.

Management wants growth, but will not make the necessary investments to support such growth.

Great place to start a help desk job. A good working environment with many good managers. The coffee there is a plus and filtered water. Free donuts weekly.  I honestly like working here but there are days I feel like applying at a different company cause I know I can be paid more.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have never worked in any flexible and accommodating company like NTT.

Horrible assignment with no option to move to another contract within NTT Data. Literally had to leave the company and return to be able to move onto a different contract. Horrible Director who only cares about her bonus and perks.

At my job site, we are constantly getting pizza. we are encouraged to keep up with continue education. Everything is just beautiful with our company, it's loving to be a team member .

Over the years they have lost their way. Corporate preaches allot about your goals, work life balance, great benefits but when reality steps in there is none of it. Its still very much upper management takes the cake and leaves you the plate. 

Good place to work for and good culture.  People are friendly and good learning environment. Long hours to work but flexibility is good to work from home when needed.

Very difficult to have a succession and growth plan at the company. There’s never an opportunity to speak to or learn from the senior execs either. As a young professional I think that’s important.

Bets company to work to and the culture is one of the best. The company both hybrid and office base. When u go to office u allow to knock in at 10 and knock off at 2pm to avoid traffic
