What is the best part of working at the company?
The manager is caring and the teachers love and respect their work.I has a family feeling.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
None that I know of  we get all the support we need there is lesson design and communication is strong.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nova is culture driven we have a strong communication system we attend regular PDs partly to check on each other we make sure everyone is healthy mentally and emotionally 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sometimes it gets busy but it is work we can handle and I love spending time with my students

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is no best part. Managers don't know ow how to properly delegate tasks among team mates. If you're an IT Technician for example, they expe t you to also do tasks that are suitable for Maintenance workers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is always more tasks to do than what is required on the job specification.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment terrible but company culture is excellent. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always sorting out yesterday's problems

Supportive management.

Parent communication,However it can be handled in a professional manner. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nova pioneer is a Holistic environment that Fosters academic growth and ensures every individual is seen.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very structured and organised.

A typical day at work work involve following up on queries and leads.
Booking interviews with potential student and parents.

Learned about different teaching methods and philosophies.

Management, had 3 different managers in a period of  8 months it was not consistent.

Work place culture- joy of learning, greater together, solutions first, servant leadership.

Hardest part was selling a dream.

Most enjoyable was having parent buy int the dream for their children.

It has a great learning model for apprentices however they are not fairly distributed across the school. The upper primary school does not have apprentices, and they do not have enough apprentices in grades 2-3 which makes it difficult when too many teachers are absent. However, the school is a beautiful place to develop one's teaching philosophy and expand curriculum knowledge. 

As an apprentice teacher, you are given a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. You are expected to assist the teacher during lessons, sometimes substitute when a teacher is not available and take over Writers Workshop. You are expected to create your own prep folder and do the Reggio Emillo documentation.

fun, professional environment with lots of potential for growth. A supportive and educational environment. Atypical day includes observing lessons, lesson planning and presenting and attending meetings. I learned many skills that have improved me as an educatior. The most enjoyable part is presenting lessons.

Nova is a place where you can get great experience if you are a newly qualified teacher, they have a great learning model,easy access to teaching resources,staff discounts for employees. The salaries are a bit low compared to other independent schools and there are limited opportunities for growth.

Nova gives every employee room to grow there is a solid support system to help adjust and learn the culture and way things are done at Nova. The children are the main priority here which is awesome to see.
