What is the best part of working at the company?
Profit share if the factory performs well. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
very toxic and horrible work environment. Safety is not important and working hours exceed normal BCEA hours. you can easily do over 14 hours daily for free. No overtime. Management can fire you anytime. CEO is always fighting with staff. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and horrible. The culture there is for firing people. your job is always on the line. No reporting structure, anyone can give you instructions. the whole factory is full of dust which employees inhale day and day out. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
you wake up at 4:30 depending on where you stay but you need to be in the factory at 6:00 and prepare for a 6:30 meeting after that you go to departmental meetings. from there you will be on your feet until tea time which you might have while working. The only time you will rest or sit is when you are on lunch or meeting. you must be ready to walk over 12000 steps every day. you will have another meeting at 18:30 for handover and only leave if the factory is running. you can easily spend between 13 - 16 hours at work and be expected to be back at work at 6:30 the following morning. terrible working environment

What is the best part of working at the company?
Commutations at company or team work, respect and build the company by sharing new ideas. Obeying the rules of the company.

Obeying the rules of company, following the instructions, respecting my work and team work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Team work, respect each other and follow the procedure of company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
None, because all ways planning before starting a day and focus everyday.

Very cultured environment. Fast paced. Great benefits for employees. Multitask oriented jobs for all. Still going through transformation or development in the gender equality. Allows employees to take responsibility for sections that they are in charge of and takes you to task if not performing - which I view as good as it allows each individual to gauge themselves - performance wise. No micro management from immediate superiors

Management that are inconsiderate to employees .

horrible, you either fit into the culture or you go

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
very busy and hectic days ,no time for lunch

Good company to work for, you learn something new everyday. 
Get to interact with international designers and suppliers. I learned a very special skill that we currently lacking in South Africa - colour management and colour profiling, learnt it through Italians colour specialist.

working hours for support team is insane
you can be fired anytime, your job is not guaranteed
they pay less and compansate you with profit share every 6 months, and its nto guaranteed, you must not take more than 3 days of sick leave to qualify


Productive, Long hours and learning how the plant operates. 
I learnt about working with different people from different cultural backgrounds.
Management is okay not too strict.
Workplace Culture is there is no work life balance.
There were free lunches.

Everyday is a high speed day. Learning something new, consistently. I have grown from just a manager to an incredible manager, feedback from fellow managers. I like the everyday challenges and opportunity to solve problems

They dont pay here for your qualifications,they stingy with money,like they pay very low wages for hard labour. Everyone is very and quiet welcoming but he sad part is low wages for qualified people.

The company is a great company to work for, it's a tile manufacturing company and it empowers it's employees by giving them practical skills in different trades.
