Im a temp doing VAT refund for our clients. In this job, I've learned to work with impetiant and furious clients.We are a team of five, and has taught me to how to be a team player.

The mostt challenging part of my job is to deal furious clients that are not willing to wait for thier refund. And the most enjoyable part is when the client is co-operating in terms of all the documentations that we require for the refund to be processed.

My day start at 8H30 and ends 16H30.My main duties is conflict resolution amongst housing consumers and home builders.
Im a supervisor with three surbodinate .I manage reception area and security staff.

Most enjoyable moment of my job is when the two parties , home owner and home builders problems are finally resolved and they are smiling again.

The environment is very relaxed, the staff is nice and the policies are really relaxed, they allow for employees to enjoy coming to work. The management is friendly and able to give solutions to problems

everyone is given the oppotunity to study further .Especial in matters related to work .moral surport  ,and gender equality.The different projects offers the new challenge and opotunity to become innovetive and cinflict resolution.

As an employee you are givenspace to perform your duties,  it can busy when construction is hiking up, but we keep up with the workload coming in, as builders have to stick to their schedules on site

It is a good place to start as it offers the opportunity to learn new things from a corporate perspective. The staff there are appreciative and open to show the ropes.

A very good place to work at. Colleagues are friendly and talk to each other and laugh. When you work there you are like family to them. A very friendly provincial manager who is always positive and always want to see people succeed.

The work environment was really friendly, clean and with less dangers. The other employees were too kind and understanding, friendly and welcoming and very patient as well. Admin work was easy to understand.
