My typical day at work is to Coordinating support calls
Opening and closing calls with users and suppliers.
Allocation of calls to support personnel or system engineer.
Escalation of calls to appropriate service providers.
Follow up with internal IT staff and feedback to user.
I have learned to work well in groups or as an individual also to work with clients & maintaining a strong healthy professional relationship and to keep a cool head under pressure and stressful conditions. I work with an incredible group of management whom have groomed me to become successful in what I do in my position. As for the team, they brilliant hard workers and always keep the office fun full of laughter. I feel at home always. I think the hardest part of my job was dealing with demanding and sometimes impatient users. Every thing else is enjoyable in what I do as my job flows naturally with my character.

I learned a lot about compromise and how fulfilling it is to know that senior management will always have your back when you need them the most.We are motivated to work hard and the open door policy has made realize that i don't need a union to fight my battles at work.I talk to my managers and they listen   
The hardest part of my job is ironically the most favourite part of my job - dealing with customer complaints can be draining but that "Thank you so much for resolving my complaint so quickly Connie" makes it all worthwhile. 
The fact that we don't have to carry lunch box or money for food as we eat at the canteen :-)

there is a lot of Productivity and a lot of Sports day to all departmets.
a typical date was seeing a Client here at work claiming to have heart attack only to find out is Anxiety.
while doing examination i realised even in his previous history that he often have anxiety episodes and he claims is Heart attacks.i had co-workers paramedics who assited me to established the diagnosis,referral system.
the hardest part of the job is peole management but yet manageable,Enjoyable part of the Job is to stay passionate and focused.

it is good to work for this company because you get to learn a lot especially about human behaviour. I got to get so much experiences about different cultures and so on. I have grown  in the industry and now I feel its time to move on to other things. the hardest part of the job is that you are always required to be I high alert as the industry has a lot of challenges with robberies ,theft and other things but it is fun. but I feel now it is time I relaxed and get to do what I would really love doing which is teaching.

Have u been at work where you feel like you are working for yourself lol i had so much fun working at Monte casino the management is so good they treat workers with dignity, after your shift you go home they don’t ask you to overwork, the management is so understandable which makes my life easier while I was working there I would recommend anyone who wish to work there it’s a good work area to be.

my day at work would be getting here 2 hours before my actual shift just to push my work. and I have learned customer service, working with colleagues, suppliers and guests and I must its quite challenging to please everyone. I have the best team which ha turned into family for me now. is having to stay behind because work is not done. I've been doing it and its not a nice thing to experience but worth it because work will be done by the time I go home.

on a typical day at we have fun making noise as dealers and it's where i learned good people skills .In our department we worked closely with our management that co-ordination is a job requirement. I worked with the best bunch of people there have to say. Generally we would get difficult customers but hey it comes with the job description . The nicest part about the job is i got to be me everyday

Have acquired experience and skills in strategic design, development and implementation in the organisations.  Leading projects and implementing cost-effective solutions that have improved profitability, productivity, efficiency and quality standards.

montecasino was a great place to work at although my time there was short. I learnt a lot of things and met new people from all around the world. working with different people from different back rounds requires a lot of patience but I enjoyed my stay there and would be more than happy to work there again.
