The company is built on a model that is unsustainable. They hire many unskilled grads that they overcharge banks for and they have only a few skilled middle-management resources who end up doing all the work until they receive a better offer when they have gained enough experience. As a graduate you receive a decent salary but it is then difficult to move into any other banks because they attempt to sabotage any potential roles you may be eligible for. There are 10-12 hour days for good employees while the majority do nothing.

Working at Monocle Solutions is demanding yet rewarding when projects are complete. There's a huge culture of friendship in the organisation, however, the lack of diversity in senior management and executive positions makes it difficult to see how POC can progress professionally. 

There is a great internal culture at Monocle, which has been able to hold strong through the pandemic. They appreciate it is a people-focussed business and make sure to look after those people.
