Typical day starts with moring meating followed by Inspections of Ht equipment. Doing assigned work and attending to breakdowns.

I have learned to work with other people and taking their views into consederation. As well as to take the safety of myself and others around me very seriosly and that there are always new challenges to overcome and new advances in my field.

Management arewell educated and have good people skills. Top management are a bit Autocratic and sometimes put pollicies inplace that hamper middle management and workers to perform at their peak.

Co-worker are helpful and friendly and work well together as a team

The hardest part of my day is to finish all asignments on time.

The most enjoyable part of my day is to finish all work to the highest standard possible.

A typical day is when the company is having problems with quality of the paper we making. The managers always panic and have to put pressure on employess so that we comre we solutions.
I learned to solve problems on my own and that made me know more about things .
Management have a good communication but they always make sure that things are done right on time .
Co-workers are getting along ,even though the are misunderstandings some of the days . But at the end of the day we all here to work ane we have to resolve those small issues.

The hardest part for me was when i got the job as a lab analyst , i knew nothing about chemicals but i had to lift my head up and learn new things .
The most enjoyable part here is when take dicissions on our own , especially on week end or night shifts because bosse are not here and we ran the plant smooth

Had our hectic days,aswel as the days where things were rather calm.Opening up in the mornings,do my delivery schedule reports,on Fridays my invoicing,banking,petty cash etc,and month ends did monthly sales reports,stock take,etc.
Was only 2 employees at the Bloemfontein branch,me and the sales manager,and she was out on the road traveling through the country mostly seeing customers,and I got to run the office.
Hardest part was the "estimating" designing of cartons for various clients.Most enjoyable part of the job was communicating with the customers,resolving their queries and working closely with our factory staff in East-Londen.

A typical day at work was basically getting your daily functions done and meeting deadlines. I've learned that  team work is key in order for all functions to run properly. management was always on hand ensuring productivity in the fastest time possible. there are many different individuals with different cultures and yet all with one goal to provide for their families. this was and I think still is of utmost importance at this company with management getting involved by giving gifts for new born babies and marriages. the most hardest part of the job was working the shift from 10pm to 6 am and the most enjoyable part was at the end of the year when receiving 13th cheque and bonuses including closing from the 13th December and reopening on the 4th January

This job was very interesting when it came to the work that was required. It had all the challenges that engineering could give when it came safety, production goals, controlling project budgets and completing the project in the specified time.
A typical day at work was to check the project schedule and liase any concerns with contractors.
Management expected priority to be given to the production team and safety aspects, as the culture was safety priority and production second.
The hardest part on the job was receiving permits from the production team to get the project initiated on time.
There was always a team build once the project was completed.

We would sit in on management meetings and give our input on what has happened on our previous shift. All machines would be calibrated in accordance with the job specs.  New tests n new products would be done, if necessary.  In constant communication with the production floor and management regarding the quality of products.  Assisted my co-workers and my shift workers with their daily duties.  Assisted my supervisor with her duties and so I have learned a lot about QMS as I was her stand inn while she was not available.  I did my work to the best of my ability and so had less comebacks if any than all the other Quality assurance colleagues.

We worked hard but we also played hard. They believe in balance and family life were important to them. I learned on a daily basis about accurate forecasting, how to do presentations, to be confident in meetings that a huge group from all over SA attend. We learned about the economy, new products etc. The culture were great. I loved this job and if it wasn't for my divorce I would still be working there.
The most enjoyable part of my job was that you get rewards and acknowledgement for your hard work and contribution. They took us every few years for team building.

A typical day at work is making sure all staff is present to do specific tasks, making sure conditions are safe at all times, doing safety talk every morning and providing feedback on the talk, making sure all ISO procedures are followed, ensuring all tests are being done on time, liase with supplier and customer to communicate results, report non-conformances, making sure housekeeping in the lab is done. Checking all raw materials are available.

The most enjoyable part is working or coming together with teams to achieve one goal, getting to know different cultures and people.
