Great company to work for in terms of flexibility. However, some management members lack competence, and directors often remain unaware of what is truly happening within teams as issues tend to be masked. Employees are overworked with unrealistic targets and goals that are difficult to achieve.

The Customer Success team, in particular, is a challenging environment, morale is very low, and the culture feels more threatening than supportive. There’s potential for Mimecast to be an incredible workplace, but significant improvements are needed in leadership transparency, realistic goal-setting, and team culture.

A typical day at work is generally energetic and filled with friendly people that are often willing to help.

I learned the importance of working with different kinds of personalities and being there for each other in teams.

Management is very friendly and often approachable.

The hardest part of the job is multitasking.

The most enjoyable part is the ever so often events and friendly culture,

great place to work at work hard and party even harder but at the end the company benefits are amazing especially the workshops and the ount of growth one is exposed to
