What is the best part of working at the company?
It a big big company but they don't treat their staff well and the management is not so great either 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Always being told that you can get fired anytime and being belittle by management anychance they get 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The manager is always right even when they are wrong and the HR personnel is not mutual 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You drag your self to work everyday cos you don't know what to expect

I have 32 yrs experience in the  Security  industry , I worked for many security companies, they just see u as a normal employee , but when  i  arrived at Marshall Security realised here we treated as family , irrespective of race colour or creed  , the owner is very freindly always smiling and greets doesnt look low upon his staff , brings himself down to your level , everybody is freindly and helpfull towards each ,  there are so many  good things to say about Marshall Security which words cannot describe im so proud to be part of this organisation they the best in my opion 

At Marshall it is not based on what you know, it's based on who you know, you may the exact and in most cases a better job than other employees, however you will not ne paid the same as the other and yet you are exspected to do the exact same type of work. Benefits are not the same, it's a back stabbing horrible unethical environment to work in. Managment does not cater to even follow up with people who just resign randomly to better future employees.

The day at Marshall security is well professional and relaxed. On how to work with multiple individuals and mostly team. The management at Marshall security is well professional, even the workplace is organized and easy to adjust to. Towards my experience to this job, there no difficulties simply follow the rules . Is that I get to see different people  and seeing them happy and well secure about safety.

Salaries are way below market rate. No room for improvement. Only friends and family of the owner get anywhere. HR leaves lots to be desired.  Great as a waiting room for something better otherwise steer clear . 

Just be deciplined and organise yourself be open minded.allow yourself to be patient as possible and do nat keep in mind any negative things said to you and youll manage to concer your goal
