Flexi hours, I joined Mars as a SAP Buyer and it was an interesting job to do.  I was enjoying working at Mars the culture people were very friendly and had care and respect, innovative.
The hardest job was when you have to tell the suppliers that they are expensive when you request a quote, and the law was to get 3 quotations and check the quality before you can negotiate the prices.
I didnt mind when they call me from home over the weekend when they had breakdowns to create a purchase order for them

When not at work I just miss the day,i have learn how nutritional works and what formulate that. Working as a team you can achieve the goal. Working with people that doesn't understand makes you job difficult .taking samples for nutritional analysis  is the most enjoyable job because you get to know how important the nutrition are for consumptions.

I loved working for Mars! management is very kind and caring to situations. I love that we have the freedom to come up with new ideas and work together as a team so we can all succeed and achieve the same end-goal. 

They also care about your mental health and wellbeing. 

The bonus is good if the company achieves all its targets / metrics. 

I had a great moment of experiencing the retail industry to an extent that, I also realised how passionate I am about working with people. It's a 6/10
