Working in a care giving environment was another challenge and a good experience too. What I learned was that,'whatever you do, make sure my that you don't bring your home issues at your workplace and always make sure you do what you've called to do, to the best of your ability. " Teamwork was very important to make sure that I give the best services ever, to both the client and the company even though there were up's and down's sometimes.

Mabotwane Security Services management cares about guards, even though they don't pay good salary. Sunday and Holiday night shifts they didn't pay them, that's why the salary was not enough. 

The Mabotwane Security Services management made sure that the supervisors and patrollers knew how to treat guards because the guards are the ones who are bringing money in the company.

Access control system to monitor entry and exit of personnel and visitors in a secure environment. Conducted regular patrols and inspections to detect and prevent security breaches and vandalism. Responded to alarm and incident promptly. Coordinator with local law enforcement when necessary 

All in all, as I gained a lot of experience in the seven years with the company I am grateful for having learnt a lot and gained invaluable motor mechanical and diagnostic practical experience. 

Working nine to five Monday to Friday and traveling the province and the country attending company vehicles certainly built me professionally.

*I was difficult  when it comes  to prisoners,they were disrespecting 
*The part I enjoy is when I should  open and close  the gate for incoming and outgoing vehicles. 


My typical day at work it was at Kempton park Gauteng,and i learnt a lot with this company(how to guard a cable and how to deals with gangsters)and the management was so good.yes when coming to the work place was dangerous but i manger to do my work,and i don't think my work was difficult because i was always on time,actually i was enjoying my job.
