WE WORK FROM A PRODUCTION PLAN EVERYDAY SO WE KNOW WHAT WE ENTITLE TO DO.
LEARNED THAT EACH DAY YOU NEED TO BE THE BEST AT WHAT YOU DO IN A FRIENDLY MANNER.
MANAGEMENT IS POOR BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT ME TO LEAVE THE DEPARTMENT FOR I HAVE APPLY FOR OTHER JOBS AT OTHER APARTMENTS.
MY CO-WORKERS IS VERY ENJOYABLE AND FUN TO WORK WITH.
THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF MY JOB IS TO PERFORM THE BEST PRODUCTION AT TE END OF MY SHIFT

It's a shortime that we facing through now

I spent 16 years at the company. I grew in leaps and bounds and were given the opportunity to study and eventually moved into management.

They reward their staff with an awards evening, suppers, lunches etc. It was always fun and motivating to reach your targets

Working at Mpact for mi it was dream but changing of management make  the company losing its value because some came for the money not for the love of the job.

The management take decision that affect workers they implement shot time and take leave days of employees and deduct those days of short time in our salaries

There at Mpact you must work as a team and communication is very important.You must also work individually if nessasary and you must do your daily admin work.We work shifs there so it was nice to balance everything out.

Working for mpact is a blessing.the company focus more on growing employees.giving them opportunities that lot companies does not.safety and security of employees come first

Mpact is a good company it's just need good leadership and fearness in judgment, it's a good company for one to learn and develop your skills and growth

Attitude change among all employees towards each other can see this company going further than it is at the moment. Enjoyed with my immediate co workers as we worked as a team
