Management in most cases were people not very experienced with sales or insurance sales, where the consultants had much more experience,

the hardest part was people unfit to be working there but you just had to until they were released.

Being a Portfolio Manager keeps you on your toes as you work to balance the interests of the clients within the the company's set philosophy, standards and procedures. 

Fast paced sales environment , with a good short term insurance product and a very good workforce with great benefits, i learned to work with brokers and further my product knowledge, sales is not easy but gaining experience in different situations is vital, giving a customer great service is the most rewarding part of the job.

I worked there for just under 5 years and I enjoyed my time there. I was fortunate to grow within the company from a sales consultant to a sales manager in that time and I only left to persue a work from home option which pays me a similar package. I recommend the company as it’s also a very family orientated business

we were not micro managed. although not many opportunities where available to grow into senior level management, you still has plenty of room to grow in the skillsets and other divisions, there was a ,lot of flexibility. the culture of the organisation allowed us to be innovative in and out of our workspaces.

No freedom what so ever. The salary system is not trustworthy. They definitely put the needs of certain races before others. I did however learn a lot but the working environment was toxic.
