MHR is a nursing agency and a very good one. They book overtime nurses only when needed at the Hospitals. I am not permanent working with them because is the agency for overtime. They book me as a care worker and I do very well with patient care during my duties. The management are very good and accommodating, if you have problem they try all their best to help you kindly. People I work with are mostly permanent workers at the hospitals, not for MHR but they are also friendly staff and they help me to gain more knowledge relating with patient care. I enjoy when I am going up and down working, when Patients, RN, nursing team says thank you to me after helpful to them, I enjoy when patient smile when I socialise with them during their care

The  hardest part of being a UAASC is to make sure that everybody billed what they used. A typical day at work is just to do everything the correct way and to challenge myself while doing so. Everyday at work I learn something else and I learn easily I like to Challenge myself. I get along well with everybody and I like to ask for help and all of my co-workers are caring and helpful. I enjoy the morning when I get to see everyone again and that we can work together again and also that I get to challenge myself to something new. The Unit managers and Matrons manage the units or wards to best of their intentions and they are reasonable.

My day at work is alwys good 
I'm always learning almost New thing everyday like how to treat and avoid angry patients
My management is alwys there for patient and visitors
I did not the place that it culture is little bit hard but use to it
Hardest part of my job is when u have short temper u are not going to cope and will alwys cry 
I enjoy to work with people and meeting  New people everyday also team work of some of the stuff that's what i enjoy about my work

Be on time look professional at all times .Do your job with love .Be productively and respect you colleges and mostly youself.Remember you also got rites in you work place.Treat you patients with respect and dignity. Think of them as your parent and enjoy your job love it,it will make you and the patient happy at the end of the day smile at altimes.Just your face show who and what you are so smile go that extra mile for them

This company was very good to me, it groomed me and made me the nurse I am today, am proud to have been part of this amazing company.
In mhr I started off as a caregiver I studied till I became a registered nurse in my journey of nursing mhr has been the best I walk up tall with my head high because of all the teachings and knowledge I obtained through them. 

I have been working for me for the last 7yrs now infact even before that. I'm located at one the best private hospital and the working conditions and environment are wonderful the mhr office is easily accessible and the lady is always available at all times when needed. Overtime opportunities are always available as well.

Working for MHR is nice but if you have responsibilities can be a challenge because at times shifts get canceled and at times we book our selves because we need cash so cancelation of shifts it's really killing us. Getting paid every week is also nice knowing that your bank account always has some cash.

I'm not having a long period with this agent but I feel my job is not safe or  guaranteed since the send me to work only if the ward is busy when it's quiet in the ward in don't work. If I didn't work I'm not payed I'm looking for permanent job that I can depend on and be able to plan my budget
