Product knowledge is immensely helpful by conducting a call entire day one after the other. Knowing the POPI, FICA , POCRADATA mandatory aid your pitch by causing sustenace to it your product will become alive , and continue to be deemed as necessity to clients none the less same procedures daily was triumph

AT WORK THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS 'BUSINESS AS USUAL'. THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CYCLE WE WORK ON A TARGET BASIS DAILY. WE START WORK AT 08.30 WHERE WE HAVE OUR MIND SPARK UP TO 09.00. WE HAVE 15 MINUTES TEA BREAK AND ONE HOUR LUNCH. OUR OFFICIAL TIME OF KNOCKING OFF IS 16.30, HOWEVER IF WE ARE NOT ON OUR SALES TARGET WE WORK UP TO 19.00 PM.

THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB IS WHEN WE RE-WORK OLD LEADS AND SUPPOSED TO MEET OUR DAILY TARGET.

THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF THE JOB IS WHEN I'M ABLE TO WORK SMART ENOUGH TO GET A FAT PAY CHEQUE AND WHEN THERE ARE INCENTIVES DURING THE CIRCLE.

Market SA is one of the busiest companies in johannesburg,a typical day @ work is when you are under pressure to reach your target to the point of missing tea break and lunch and l have learned that to achieve goals you have to work hard put a lot of efffort to achieve those goals,the management was awesome although they would make us work longer hours is your have not reached your target for the day but it actually helped us to put food on our tables and the hardest part of the job is when are no leads and its was very difficult to reach the daily target and we would work long hours and produce less results and the most enjoyable part was when we have incentives,everyone even the lazy ones would push hard that week to get incentives,it would make work so much fun because everyone would be producing results

I was always looking forward to going to work as I enjoyed working there ,I learned that you should do what you believe you know ask if you not sure about something,  the management was not very good they don't respect us as employees and they like to ask new employees out and it was not professional I hated it ,the culwas fun and we were always singing on Fridays it was fun dancing before we could work and on Fridays it was shades and shots it was fun, when you get rejected by the client but you have to learn to be productive even so, and the most enjoyable part it's when you reach your daily target of sales 

I get to work 30mins before time to prepare and set my targets for the day. Then I start dialing and make sure I reach my target.

I have learned that as an individual you need to set goals higher than what the company expects from you to achieve and surpass what is expected of me.

Management even though not qualified for the position, do try and motivate and make the environment conducive for us.

The hardest part of my job is that there is no stability and security for the jobs. The company does not see us agents as assets to them.

The most enjoyable part of the job is commission and being one of the top agents in my department.

it is a really good place that i am working in i love the environment there, the management is good treating us well the only thing is that i want a company that is going to offer me a basic salary and benefits because i am only getting commission i need a company that is going to hire me permanently...i really do enjoy my job, i enjoy it when i persuade clients to take what i am selling to them and when they are able to provide me with all the information that i need it shows me that they do believe me and trust me with the information that they are providing to me, the most exciting part is when i build rapport with them so that i know what kind of client i'm dealing with

A typical day at work is from 8:30am to 6pm. There's always a mind spark which is normally a morning prayer plus a bit of singing and dancing just to get us in the mood for work. Lunch duration varies, if there aren't enough sales before lunch then you'll get between 30-45min lunch. The team leaders and the QA can be rude sometimes, we're not respected enough because we are "beneath" them. The hardest part is making sales at odd times of the month, especially during this pandemic.

You get opportunities to grow experience personally and within the company

Not having to meet your daily target meant I had to work extra hours to try make up for my target

Well they have a very strict culture within the company especially when it comes to dress code

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I knock in at 08:00 and push towards my target before lunch at 13:00, then I knock off at 17:00

very quiet and chilled working environment.i learned a lot of things such as producing quality sales and meeting a daily target.management is quite poor because of mistreating agents or misunderstanding agents.my co workers understands the pressure and behave well under strong supervision.the hardest part of the job is when you would not get enough leads and the would be expecting you to perform...the most enjoyable part of the job is mind sparks in the morning where we get to know each other and work in teams

Working at market SA was an awesome experience i really enjoyed my time there. Management was always on point. my co- workers were amazing there were an awesome  group of people. Morning sparks were the best part of my job because people were just so loaded with knowledge and willing to freely share with others .The hardest part was dealing with difficult clients though i learnt to listen and to handle objections and to be myself.
