What is the best part of working at the company?
There is no best part overworked and underpaid.  You are sold a lie of a bonus every month but you have to write tests every month and have to be reviewed every week to meet the requirements percentage to earn a bonus. And if the supervisors do not like you well it you basic just so you can afford to come to work and buy food. End up being on anxiety and antidepressants because of the pressure you get from working there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You dont have normal off days, work irregular hours and need to always learn something new every week. You do not have a life when working for the company and there is no corporate ladder to climb if you not a relative.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a hate and no growth environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You start your shift and work till you go home, answering incoming calls and chats and tickets while you only get 30 minutes break which half will be eaten by players on chats and you can do anything about it, as it's a shem sorry next time.

I’d rate them -5 stars if I could. It’s an incredibly toxic environment.

Here are just a few examples:

*You are ridiculed and constantly disrespected and spoken down to by management. Especially if you’re not part of the “click”. 
*You have to write frequent tests like you’re still a child in school.
*There’s no room for growth.
*The staff are MISERABLE.
*You’re constantly lied to and kept in the dark.
*You can’t ask questions.
*You’re expected to be perfect and cannot make a single mistake.
*You can’t approach HR if you have any concerns or complaints as they’re automatically against you.
*There are many many more issues but I’d have to write a book.

I have never in my life experienced such an unpleasant, mismanaged, toxic and hateful working environment.

This is a very stressful place to work. It is hard to enjoy your job when you are always feeling pressured and overwhelmed.

You only get one day off each week. This is not enough time to rest and take care of your personal life. It is very easy to get tired and burned out here.

The company does not offer good benefits. There is no health insurance or retirement plan. You feel like you are working very hard, but you are not getting anything good back for all your effort.

The biggest problem is bad management. The bosses are not good at leading the team. They do not listen to employees or seem to understand how things really work. Because of this, it is a poorly run company.

Employees do not have a say, these always a new law in place, no weekend off no life after work,hectic environment with lot of Relatives from Upper management to low lines supervisors
Basically it's work for people who don't have famalies because these no time for your love once if you are an agent. These hate hate hate hate environment as we work with relatives. Not allowed to be sick as fatigue is the most common disease we all have, no staff meeting for ideas, You Don't Say Anything because you are told. The place has a high rate of staff turnover 

The workplace has potential and it could be great but the call centre is the worst..they hired unproffessional people who dont know what they are doind, its very cliquey and unproffesional you have to belong in a clique otherwise they nake your life difficult. Teamleaders befriend agents and if you keep it proffessional they gang up on you😂 The supervisors are okay but a lot of work need to be done on agents and teamleaders. they run the show like its their spaza shop. No proffessionalism at all, the shifts and salary does not even make up for the amount of bull you have to withstand.

Not fair at all , decisions can be made at anytime due to the contract you signed

Just a day that's need to keep going n make sure you perfect do not make any mistakes

Management is, the worst one mistake and it's 6 months with a warning, no benefits or pension. Constant learning and tests. There is no work culture. Management takes advantage of Girls. The people there are worked like Zombies. There's nothing  good you can do to please them. You have to be a puppet to be promoted. They are afraid of bold , go getters  and ambitious people. Friends promote friends.

The working environment is good and the management is good as well, you just work 6 days a week and have a one-off day, so you do not really have time to set your life straight as all focus is on the company.

Toxic work environment. No communication amongst upper management. Why are we writing tests every month? Am I in college? 
Too much work and the money is too little. Discipline system is weird. No encouragement. No appreciation. No growth. 

Very hecting. No life outside work. The working hours are insane. No place for growth.and it's not a friendly working environment, There are no night shift allowance and Sundays are being paid as a normal day.
