Typical day at work, will be coming in going through emails to see if there is anything urgent that is an adhoc that needs to be done. Prepare reports, do cost analysis, liaise with finance officers if there is something not making sense with the numbers to confirm if the information is correct.

I learnt to work with people from a very diverse background, young and old. I have learnt to speak confidently and to clearly express opinions and information. I have learnt to make appropriate use of written communication to suit objectives and integration of cross divisional objectives. 

Management at Liberty is good if you do your work and perform to the level of expectation. I believe their are fair in how they treat staff and how they address concerns.

Co-workers are mostly easy going by nature and accommodate each other.

Hardest part of this job is during the budgeting season when you have to get the numbers right and having to answer to variances against the budgeted numbers.

The most enjoyable part is when all is done and everything is coming together. Obviously the year end function is one of the enjoyable part when you see people just enjoying themselves and not stressing about work for a change.

A typical day was when the client was coming at office to canceal his or her polisy ,it was like i dont keep in touch with my clients.then my manager will be angry.i've learned how to treat people and how to advise them about life polisies.Me and co-workers we were like friends and family,we use to share food and jokes together.The harders part of the job was when my clients does not want to sign the or give the payslip but does want the polisy.The most enjoyable part was end off the month where everyone can see how did we treat our client ,if there is no polisy cancealled that means you are good with your clients and you will get a gift.

My time at Liberty was quite short - when I signed my contract I was not explained the contents thereto,, only to find out that I was being paid a salary which I ultimately have to pay back to liberty. I have brought in so much clients to liberty and never saw my commission.

there is no HR structure and no point of recourse if you have a complaint.

This has resulted in a lot of people RESIGNING.

You work for "commision" which is actually a "loan" that you have to pay back when you leave. You get a compulsary "medical benefit" deducted from your "commision" which you have to pay back when you leave. NONE of this is explained to you when you start. Needles to say it is noted somewhere in fine print in a novel of a contract.

Do not be fooled by the free lunches and free booze.

It is a trap. Be warned.

Just a typical ordinary day we get together as teams to discuss the day ahead @ method & strategy to work smart & achieving the set target for either the day or the month. the culture in the workplace was epic & with all the incentives competing for was a way of wanting to wake up & come to work.We all maintain the same spirit of Synergy

I am currently work as Branch Secretary. I am reposible for ALL office issues and making sure that everything runs smoothly at the office.

In the office there is currently more than 80 staff branch and at times is hard dealing with them but managable.

It is a open place environment,you every one there from magement to the big boss everyone is friendly we were like family and we supported each other. They also took me to school  to go sturdy blueprint cause they where using that system them i was happy the  at liberty if i was given a chance to go back i would

It's a great place to work at. You basically write your own cheque, the more work you put in the more results you get. I had the best manager who was very supportive and helpful, overall I had a great experience working at Liberty.
