Sales departments have the potential to make a lot of money.
Basic salary is provided, incentives and bonus structures also available when meeting and exceeding targets.
They say there is lots of growth in the company, However they dont say that there is a lot of favouritism starting from HR all the way to department Managers and senior agents/ team leaders. It's like high-school all over again.
This causes a very toxic environment if you don't fall into the "favourite" category.
Promotions do not entitle you to any increase whatsoever. Agents earn much more than management or senior agents. According to management and HR, Permanent contracts are called "intermittent", meaning "if and when required", so they can let you go whenever they feel you are no longer needed. But they insist it is a permanent contract.
Turn over rate is immaculate. Often new management do not stick around, especially if they have a positive influence or try to make healthy changes.
Would not recommend unless you don't mind the toxicity just to be financially compensated and treated unfairly.

It’s a sales-driven environment, and at the end of the day, money talks. If you’re making sales, you’ll be fine. The commission structure and basic salary (while I was there) were great, if you can make it past the hectic two-week training period, which most people don’t.

Expect a stressful sales environment: when sales are going well, it feels amazing. But if you don’t meet your targets, don’t expect job security. They will usually give you a chance to improve before letting you go.

Upper management was not great in general; they can be quick to put you down and make you feel terrible, then immediately demand that you go make money. They are also quick to blame sales agents when numbers are low, even if the team has a strong track record of consistent sales. On top of that, you can expect hardly any career growth if that’s something you’re looking for.

That said, the colleagues I worked with were fantastic, and the money I earned kept me there for two years. One thing to be aware of: you’ll most likely find yourself walking a grey moral line—whether that’s lying to a client, leaving out key information, or telling the full truth and losing the sale.

One of the most important things in the Company is being professional and enjoying what you do.

A typical day at work is full of fun thanks to the amazing people that work here but you have to always be on point and maintain the highest of standards.

I have learned a lot of things in the Company, mostly how to control my emotions and how to help the clients in the best way possible, a lot of this is thanks to the managers and the training department.

In Leads Capital there is only one option, be the best, and frankly there is no other way i would want it to be.

One of the hardest things in the company is to maintain the standards that high, we all have bad moments but the management and the colleagues are always there to help you keep it up there.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with, they are like family, once you are in they make even the toughest of days easy to get through

Overall not too bad. They preach about performance and yet they let me go while i had some of the best stats on my team and never acted inappropriately and this all happened while i was still in my probation period. They provide training but it’s more generalised than one-on-one training to help pin point what your exact issue is and how you can fix it. 

Management can make things extremely stressful and sometimes don’t allow you grace for making a mistake or give you time to improve. They threaten you a lot by constantly saying your job is at risk if you don’t do well, again with almost no time to allow yourself to improve.

They play loud music which sometimes makes it difficult to focus. Staff is extremely friendly though and I would go back if the opportunity arises just for them. It really is like a family at times.

Would recommend this place to someone who already has previous sales experience otherwise it may be too challenging if you are not mentally strong or if this is new to you as it may be difficult to adapt.

Written request to bring Police Clearance to Day1 of training. Pay SAPS R114-00 to complete the Form and certify content.  Then form must be couriered to Pretoria for processing which R100-00 with Aramex (Postnet R640-00) which takes 4 to 5 weeks.  Why Police Clearance, Heaven only knows.  Credit and criminal checks are usually for company's cost. Then at training session Trainer states one can obtain Police Clearance within ONE day at any SAPS Office!   Really??? If the trainer does not know the difference between Police Clearance and Criminal Check, confusion reigns! Being unemployed and still have to work out these fees for an uncertain appointment, is beyond my understanding!
Training commence with set no. of delegates that reduces as the week progresses to reduce getting paid while on training. One is asked on the Wednesday "if you want to leave now you can" !!  What a company!  Be careful - they recruit young inexperienced youth.

I personally am currently employed @LeadsCapitalGroup. I have been here for almost 3 years and I love my work environment, the people I work with come from all over the world and I have learnt a lot since working here, If you are the type of person that is enthusiastic about life and loves setting goals for yourself and wants growth lead Capital Group is the place to be. With unlimited incentives and a great prizes every month, just an example last month I won a huge TV and previously I have won a drone as well- I want to finish off by saying we have the best management and the best Bosses hands down!!!!!

Excellent company to work regarding having the experience to write your own pay check and to be able to grow within a company i have been here for 8 months have had excellent in depth training on sales and had the ability to work with the best management team by far. The company is very diverse honest and open and the rewards are never ending you have the chance to win amazing prizes each month as well as the chance to earn extra cash just for doing your job!! our bosses are the best  and have your best interest at heart always!!!

its been almost 2 years of working for this company that introduced me to simplicity and excitement. it has been and will continue being an amazing place to work at. its just about doing at a 9-5 job, its about an opportunity that you take from them , its about family and loyalty, hardwork and benefits but most of happiness.   

uncapped commission is an understatement, try infinity and beyond.

they ask you  to stuby a hole  manual with in tow weeks to be some one your not . And set people  up for failure

 What makes you leave or other job and other opportunities  thinking  that you got a better opportunity  now in front  of you 
Not telling you that when you undergo training  you will do a wirten test  and the pass rating  is 90% if you fail you are unemployed 

Early into LCG they weren't bad at all. Everything seemed professional and put together but soon enough hou notice the cracks. You'll feel like everything is in your own hands, after two weeks of training you're basically neglected and then given a warning for low sales. Don't come into LCG with a weak mindset. You need to know how to sell. If you have a passion for it, even better. These people are toxic.
