Very hectic days, work culture was good ( after changing stores due to bullying ), upper management was okay in the beginning and completely traumatic at the end and I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there if you don't have a thick skin. The bullying and politics I endured were beyond. Don't put all your eggs in one basket with that company because they lack consideration. And trust no one, gossip is rife within that company. Pay was okay.

Dealing with different customers everyday.Each day had ups and downs.
Being able to work under-pressure ,but still provide professional service .
Supportive management.Always there for the employees
When customer is in-denial of misusing the product just because the product have life time guarantee..
Putting smile to people's face

Le Creuset has been a great working environment. Le Creuset does supply great growth for their employees and staff. I would highly recommend anyone to apply at Le Creuset they can be an asset and also have a good reference. 

Very welcoming ladies, hard working and vibrant. Although keeping on your feet with uncomfortable pumps is not very ideal, the company really does care about it's workers and customers

The morning shift, preparing the store and making it as presentable as possible and ensuring you've had breakfast because once the doors open, its a sale a minute. Hit the ground running is a typical day there. If you're looking for a high paced, multiplayer, multicultural space. This is the place for you

Assist walk ins and be ontop of your game, customer service is very important with Le Creuset, a good brand wuth lifetime guarantee, make up is part of uniform the ladies are very friendly probably the only place you'll get such friendly sales assistant

Management is so professional...Working here gives me a chance to learn more about customers,it improves my skills when it comes to selling products. Yes I've had my bad days but that doesn't stop me to grow but it helps me in  handling different customers in different ways.

Working in the company has grown me to be a mature and target driven individual, with that it has helped me in wanting to archive personal goals and to be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
