What is the best part of working at the company?
1 day at Lactalis my life was terrible I even sick working long hours as warehouse coordinator but was asked to pick , load ,offload trucks  was worse after the change of management my boss was terrible don't want listen swearing treat subordinates like I don't even know because I don't want to swear , even if I can get a chance to go back I won't do that . I resigned last year August 2023 they even said I must not serve my notice as per my contract they asked me to leave immediately then pay me month salary , I so wish Sands to sort that because is affecting other people, I won't recommend that company even to my child or family, thank you 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Long hours I am talking about more than 20 hours a day, you don't even get thank you from your boss is soo terrible

So bad when you wake following day you are not interested to go to work ,

My advantage is that i've been work in retail store room so am capable of stock rotation and I able to push fast the stock s
to ensure that there's no wastage or expired stock

The more stress is coz by  stock pressure when you are over stocked and when you find your stock is shortdated it couse a lot of stress

The working environment is the working place where every employee have a common objective of doing the productivity within the organisation, the culture of the company is values of the organisation and the way that organisation oparatly

What I like is to see the organisation growing and be more productive and efficiance also develop the employees

Terrible bullying management style. Culture of throwing people under the bus to make yourself look good. Work life balance is non existent and you are threatened my management when you do not want to work inhumane amounts of overtime. Culture of nepotism part of the soul of this company. High turnover rate in some departments. Managers at this company are useless at their jobs and you will have to endure a culture of blame shifting daily

Working at Lactalis is more of experience in FMCG sector, because you learn more things about your work and what are your duties in a business, you always a have passion and goal driven, because if gives you a challenge ..
And teaches you how to manage your stock and ordering , and teaches you to be more focused on what you are doing and you learn more about the growth of your business unit ...

For an international company, the finance and administrative processes are not upto standard. Coming from a technologically advanced company, the systems are extremely frustrating. The management of certain finance departments does not treat employees with respect. The employees are great to work with. The salary and benefits are very good.

Some days were hard but due to team work and collaboration then things would workout themselves. Just like any workplace there were challenges but the greatest part was working with team mates to solve the challenges.

Lactalis is a good company to work for. The tegnology and experience is excellent and salary is so so but they management is very very poor. The Management is very unprofessional and bad management skills. 
This is the only place there they need to improve alot and transformation needs to take place. 

Best place I’ve worked at, great colleagues everyone is kind, training is great, everyone’s helpful, great culture, hardest part of the job was being part of a new project trying to communicate with people from other countries language barrier is a thing
