I don't think there was any.It was more like being  caretaker.

Completing my task which I've set goals for in a particular time period .

assign to different stores to work on casual basis, i have learn you luck to have a permanent site, management are not addressing workers issues at acceptable time and not developing workers with potential skills,qualifications and experience, the hardest part is to be home without a job for more than two to three month and the most enjoyable part is having a long term assignment

This company  taught me well and I have now an experienced a lot at this company all the duties that we have being done for almost 4 year's and I thank this company for keeping us as a family through hard times and good times.

This company has operation managers that are hired to create constructive dismissal scenarios. They are a recruitment agency that recruits laborers and drivers for a specific position at the clients request.

1.The company should  believe in ethics they implement, values so forth. Always try understand the circumstances the workers go under before mission .

Long hours at work. Less time at home. The job is productive, challenging and time management is very important. It teaches an individual to be very carefull about quality and team work to achieve good results.

I enjoyed working under LSC masakhe mainly because the salary was good which helped me to make sure I do my job well and even go the extra mile the job is very complex as i do deliveries from time to time I do general work in the warehouse

I think LSC is a good starting point for young people who do distant studying because it gives you insight into the practical and physical aspects of logistics.
