I come here thinking that I have achieved everything regarding control room but when I came to Linda security I learned more than I had thought or expected. From the managers that I work with, they are not afraid or shy to share with me the experiences that they had learned in the security industry. I am better person ever since I joined this company. They gave you a room to do mistakes so they can correct you or learn. I enjoyed my stay here where I was given my own office to work at, given mandate to deliver and I have been like a manager working behind the scenes.

The Linda security Services CC, was a good company for me...because they dont scared to pay. You dont feel as a security guide they respect a human rights....
Im a hard woker and I respect my work even in my previous job I had a good record to them. I hope that a new Company will do the same to me as im a diligently worker, I like to Protect my community.

A typical day at work would be making sure nobody that enters the court building are armed as well as ensuring the safety of the public and court officials.  The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing and meeting so many different people as well as assisting the public irrespective of age, gender or race.

I learned to work as group, ilearnerd to handle difficult clients peaceful I leanerd to work with difficult coligues. The hardest part of the job when iwork with somebody who doesnt want to participate in any thing then ihave to work all alone while having somebody near me.

Actually am not sure if its a good idea to mention which job but would like to work at one of government security jobs .need new challenges somewhere.

Here I was doing overall management for DOJ sites. Doing site risk assessments. Training of employees about the site specifications and how to do their tasks efficiently.

Linda security is one of the best companies l have worked for l really wish they can get more contracts so that I can be re employed .l so wish to work for them again

productive, challenging and fun workplace. the company has all the resources you can think of.management is also good. the only people who gives challenge are security officers.
