Typical day - 7-4 / 8-5 - Flexible hours
Learned a lot of new management skills and how to approach customer queries and concerns
Management was not always well skilled/trained and sometimes lacked maturity. (Not all management, mostly the young ones)
Workplace culture was very much sales driven.
Hardest part of the job was learning that you are only a number and not every individuals skills will be fairly assessed.
Most enjoyable part was the flexible hours and open bar

Good place to work. If you put your shifts in and go above and beyond the company looks after you. Great culture in the business. Yearly increases and bonuses. 
Salaries are on par with the market.
Very target driven for every department

This company will do just about anything and everything to work a person out should this person stand up for themselve or have a voice/ opinion. The procurement and stock control side are very snide and pompus.

Company pays well, but the work culture is not great. You will definitely grow in your career, the things you are exposed to whilst working there is good for professional development. But the work culture and environment is not good.

Not a healthy working place due to certain managers who treat people badly. Does not pay well especially and limited promotion opportunities for certain races.

Good Company to work for. New employees will get better salary than long standing employees. I enjoyed Bar Fridays and the occassional events they have.
