My experience working at this call center was very negative. The environment was extremely strict and micro-managed, to the point where even basic things like the time you went to the toilet were closely monitored. Breaks were not fairly structured, with lunch often limited to just 30 minutes, which was not enough given the demands of the job.

Another major issue was the lack of respect from the security staff. They were often rude and unprofessional, even going as far as to complain about how employees used the elevator. This added unnecessary stress to an already difficult work environment.

Overall, the company created a culture that felt more controlling than supportive. Instead of motivating employees to do their best, the excessive rules and poor treatment made the workplace unpleasant and discouraging.And you get paid close to nothing

What is the best part of working at the company?
The work environment is needs a focused and driven individual because there is a lot of preasure to meet the targer set for the day. Since it is the first work from home project it is still trial and error. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working from home is the most difficult because there are a lot of obstacles to overcome, like connectivity especially during cloudy weather, noise pullution. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very focused on the goal and leniency to staff members.

A typical day at work is usually full of possibilities the sky is the limit
What l believe l learned there is handling objections, interacting with all kinds of people and phone etiquette 
Management is very encouraging they want that's best for you and the company which is sales
Workplace culture is joyful, there is always music in the background to keep the spirits up
The hardest part of the job I'd say is knocking of late if targets are not met
The most enjoyable part I'd say is the commission structure 


Working as an agent at ITalk was enjoyable on a daily basis. There was never a dull moment.
I learned workmanship and leadership skills. Ma agement was brilliant at ITalk, it was very influential and encouraging.
The workplace was youthful.
There is no hardest part of a job. Its all in coming up with a strategic solution around the load of work to finish the task in hand. Forget procrastination.
The enjoyable part of the job are usually new challenges in a workplace. Whenever there's a challenge we rise to the occasion and finish the job at hand.

Knocking off is the best part 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The team leaders that put unnecessary pressure on you and force you to knock off late if you haven't made their desired amount of sales

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Honestly.... Terrible. They make you stand on your feet for over an hour if you haven't made or closed a sale

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The worst of the worst, the only ting you look forward to is going home

I began my career in this call centre industry in 2006 as a call centre agent where I develop strong communication problem solving and customer engagement skills I consistently met performance targets and maintained high quality and customer satisfaction scores 

I was later promoted to team leader where Icoached and mentored agents.monitored performance and implemented strategies to improve 

My journey reflect Contin growth adaptable and a strong commitment to excellence

The people have respect and the culture is love and trust

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fun and hectic and learning new things everyday

Basically,ITalk was awesome at training,until we started working.These team leaders would make us knock of at 22:00pm whereby some of us end up sleeping at worl because there won't be any transport for us!!They never value our "trying" .Imagine working from 07:00-22:00 no lunch standing the whole time,please fix your staff,not everyone is a pro at work,we are all new and learning.

It's normal plus to gain & learn another culture

I'll be lying, is to work late

The communication with clients and being mentally manipulative to an extent towards our clients.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The supervisors make unrealistic goals then proceed to apply pressure based on those goals. The working hours were unfair because of that. Working 12hr shifts without overtime payment
