INTERCAPE MAINLINER

I was working as a pax co ordinator and as a sales consultant,working with people is not easy sometimes but smiling and putting The word of the Lord when I speak to most of the passenger makes made my Job more easy.stressfull day were Pic season were people had to travel to visit their families,Vaccations etc...Like in December,everyone is traveling.Parkstation will be packed with ques,the will be so long that I'll think I won't wake up the next morning.but working  as a team really helps.we will be fast to make sure that the passengers reach their final destination on time.

I'm enjoying working with different ethnic groups.Through working at Intercape mainliner pty limited i gained more experience.
The other thing that makes me 
enjoying working at Intercape mainliner is the way my fellow  work mates did to me and also my managers there are so friendly to me by doings so i do not feel like I'm a foreigner 

i managed to meet a lot of people with different cultures, guide them on their expectations, met my customers consultancy services, helped in boarder formalities and coach clearance. i learnt how to handle different official documentations on official trips.
the hardest part of my job was when i couldnt satisfy my clients due to company and personal limitations.
the most enjoyable part of my job was when i received praise from both ny employers and received satisfactory remarks from my clients.

i have learn how to speak , handle or aproach. customers, customer service. When corming to  driving , you must be very patiantto avoid problems.You must follow the rules of the road and reduce your speed. The most enjoyable part of my job is when i drive during the night because there is no traffic on the road ,the road is clear , there is no bumber to bumber,there is no stop and go, you just flow like sea water on the road

Intercape is a great company to work for I learnt a lot my colleagues were friendly including my supervisor he is the best he always checked on me all the time.The work shop is always busy from Monday to Sunday we had work to and that was making me happy because I love my job. The Management is amazing they make us happy.I would love to work for Intercape permanent.

If you find yourself working there you know you are desperate.The worst things in life can't compare.Managment will manipulate,bully and take from you until you have nothing more to give then fire or find a way to make you leave.They claim to be Christians but have God like syndrome and will not allow you to grow or succeed in anything.WARNING DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!

The company is good when you still young and building your career but over time is very stressful. I work for the company for about nine years and as I said it was fun at first but as time goes on things changed.And when you don't have your own transportation its even worse. When you knock off late you struggle with transport to go home

My typical day includes, organizing my working equipment and other resources.

Prepare the bus or busses that I have to start working on and checking the deadline of the required bus.

I have learned to be patient and understanding especially if asked to work night shift if the bus is very urgent.

I work well with my co-workers

I love my job, I don't have any complaints regarding my job
