I enjoy sales closing deals it gives me this rush of adrenalin and confidence, a typical day would me closing many deals and a good day would be like 20k that particular day, the hardest part of the job is there is no commission and knowing that I did not put any good sales figure its so frustrating and dealing with a insensitive manager who does not understand his employees. I enjoy team work have a great working relationship with my co-workers, yes sometimes we may agree to disagree but I try to find a way to sort it out. What I have learnt HEI its a company that has no integrity and doesn't value its staff especially management.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I have quite very well with team and management as they always treat every individual equally as one.    

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you cant meet the demands of your daily duties which is to sell and make your target as agreed that is really stressful

Be yourself, respect everyone, and make money to fulfill your dreams.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I am a self motivated individual I always fight to be above my hard and typical days at work almost all the time.

Coming to work everyday was an experience on it's own, come in to work have a morning meeting on what we have to be doing and how many targets we should possibly reach that day.
Learned how to deal with clients of all kinds and still maintain a professional attitude towards each one.
My manager was the most amazing man ever as well as my team manager she kept believing in us, they both had great leadership
Every morning we would come in and pray
Having to deal with clients with a lot of bad attitudes
Having to work with people was what I enjoyed the most

Good place to work at for a person who has no experience or for a person disparate for a job...there's room for growth and improvement in terms of your career hence there's a lot of competition there...good working environment, and a good team as well.
Management is very poor and biased as well

Sales Consultant selling membership cards to people who travel and make use of hotels.cold calling to generate new business and phoning existing client to recommend their friends or familywho they know they can benefit from the Hotelexpress members card that gives u up to 50%in our affiliated hotels. Basic plus commission working hours 08:00- 16:30

It is a fun environment to work in. It gives you an opportunity to grow as an individual. The management is very helpful and supportive too.
The people are great to work with, working is a team was one of the things I enjoyed the most and the incentives we got as a team and as individuals. We learnt from each other and and pushed each other to do better in life.

In the beginning it was a fun challenge working for hotel express. The day to day up selling of existing clients , renewals and bringing in new businesses.
Dealing with the travel arrangements to meet the clients needs. The environment was fun and lively a place any one would want to work in, management was good but things all started to change and go from bad to worse

I worked for HEI For 6years energetic environment, i learnt to be self driven to reach my target, very hard working team , the hardest day is when you chasing for target and cut off is at a certain time...enjoyable is reaching my target and getting paid since it motivates me to work harder.

My first job in a call center. Totally mot what i had expected, not what was said yo me but absolutely a place to kickstart and learn. Work environment is chilled and not harsh, its fun and easy going but product is hard to sell. Cold calling.

When I started ther not knowing anything about beingthe best consultant but learning from my manager and my colleagues it gave me a courage to push in life that's why I have achieved so many things
