The most part I like with my job is that I learn new things on a daily basis, with the products we sell I gained experience with product knowledge I can advise the customer to buy what they need not what they want because at the end of the day the goods can be returned and the transaction cancelled. the hardest part is when a customer return a unit that is not faulty and its been used to get a refund implying Customer protection Act, we refund and sit with a second hand unit that will be sold at a discounted price, My co-workers are depending to sales they make to get their commission , it creates problems to me because they sometimes mislead the customers and when the customer return a unit due to specifications  or the unit is not meeting the needs of the customer  then it becomes my problem, I've learnt that as an organization we need to communicate with customers in an efficient way to keep them happy and spend their money to us when the do shopping, The management preach that we must get them involved when we have problems, when we need assistance they are not helpful and when I solve problems my way I am nailed of the decision I'm taking even if I'm in line with the company policies , in every query I have to wait for approval from a senior manager which sometimes take long to get it

Always busy is what I loved,I'm the type of person that keeps myself busy with what ever task I can get my hands on.
Price checks,price changes,merchandising and making sure sales items clearly displayed.getting ready for sale and ensuring sales items are in stock.Management was great but unfortunately when i wanted to get training for manager's position or in general in went in one ear and out the other. I felt I was stuck in just sales wanted to learn and work more,the people i worked with were great people,all had their own ambitions and i could trust to ask for help or to team up on a task to make sure it got done efficiently.The hardest part was being stuck in what felt like the same place because they could trust me to make sure my department was tip top,except not letting me reach my personal goals.The best part was the customers,the rush,the sale and maximising on every one,I loved setting a target and making sure I go over and above it.

A day at work was good since the staff was getting along so nice and the effort we showed on our daily basis.

I learned a lot about customer and people in general and to adjust to the attitude of customers.

The hardest part of the job is when a customer's unit is over due and we must pass credit to the customer and the getting authorization from the dealer is a job and a half.

Most enjoyable part of the job is when the repair agents meet the deadline and we contact a customer within the waiting peroid to come collect their item.

Well I can't say much, but work is work with ups and downs, fun and challengings but what is important is to focus and make sure that the customer leaves your company with happiness so that he/she comes back.
At HIFiCorp I have learned how to treat customers like and make them to come back, yet challenges were there but you must position your self in order to conquer the situation.

The job that I'm doing used to be fun until they retrenched the stock counters due to cutting costs.I learned a lot staff because I stated working as a stock and it only took me three months to become what I am today. My previous manager was nice to work with because he disciplined everyone, he never took sides. The hardest part of the job is that I'm doing a five people's job. I enjoy getting credits from my regional managers whenever I did a good job.

It was very pleasant and resourceful

Hardest part of my job was working under poor management in regard to management skills, such as dealing with conflict or problem solving.no patience and dealing with conflict.
My best part is working with customers ,dealing with accounts .giving excellent customer service by going the extra mile. Learning new things every day.and being part of a team.

I watched the movie Bombshell and my experience at the company could have been a reinactment of the movie. Constant inappropriate harassment from one executive in particular (with whatsapp and email evidence). Another executive from incredible connection constantly begging for money and jewellery during work and after hours to get out of trouble with loan sharks.

a typical day at work would start with a general meeting discussing figures for the previous day and what is expected for the present day. all and any issues are addressed and then the staff would have to do house keeping until the store opens for business. once that happens we salesman line ourselves up at the door where we will greet and assist all customers who enters the store.
