"Damaging" work environment, poor management/operations, unreasonable/impossible daily targets, constant shift changes, inadequate training with minimal support thereafter, unethical practices by upper management, exploitation of employees, the list can go on - and it will!

Short-time is implemented regularly due to their production values/requests being misaligned with market conditions.
This makes it extremely difficult to obtain a stable income.

Factory employees/operators are often belittled by management - regardless of their long-term performance, skill-set, educational qualification, or previous work experience.

Defective machinery can be found throughout the company. Maintenence is never thorough, and is often done with a "make a plan" work ethic - (which the main cause of operator injuries).

In relation; accidental on-site injuries will make you the company's enemy - (for the lack of a better term).
Your recovery period will often be overlooked, and you will be forced to generate a healthy level of production regardless of your condition.

The work environment is physically/emotionally draining, and you are often ordered to do more than you're required to.
This essentially makes your off-days a "recovery period" which is extremely unhealthy.

The negatives of this company outweighs the positives by a long-shot - and thats the reason why I won't mention any positives, but trust me on this, the positives are mediocre at best!

In conclusion, I wouldn't advise any young individual to work in a factory-related position.

I enjoy working at Hendok, as it is a family run business and all the directors are very hands on. There is opportunity for growth and development, as well as been exposed to in house training. I feel that the company is stable and looks after their staff that play their part in doing what they come to work to do. 

I had a good interview with them unfortunately I didn't get the job, I never experienced working there but the way i looked things workplace is amazing and the management are good people, they're best people, I wish one day to have another opportunity.

Working at Hendok is very stressful theres always changes,high impossible daily targets. Operators are not listened too. Employees are not treated fairly and equally. Working environment is very bad. Un ethical sabotaging management they  treat employees like trash. Its always their way or the highway.
