I have had many problems with my desktop computer and in particular the SAP accounting system was extremely slow which was very frustating. It was later moved to a different server or something and things were a bit better. Very high staff turnover in the finance department where I unfortunately worked. You are expected to work long hours every day and management is unsympathetic towards employees. Little to no knowledge of historical transactions and outstanding items. Low skill level in department. The South African CEO cursed several times while addressing everyone at the yearend function - very unprofessional! 
On a positive note the Wellness team is doing a good job in creating nice activities for employees. HR department is also following good governance policies and best practices, and aims to fair and just.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Environment super nice..the bosses are super cool no one follows you up as long as you do the right thing and do your job the best way you can. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When l delay solving the customer query l just feel down. As the customer satisfaction is the key. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Relaxed and joyful. There is no better place to be at ease than at  Hello Group. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
First thing before we start the shift we have a cup of coffee.. Milk. Tea bags coffee sugar provided by the company... 7am we start the grind having your tea break in between and of course your lunch hour. Solving and making the customers happy is our goal and moto.

Typical day at work - receiving goods from different suppliers on the same day and having to try and manage and capture everything in one day

What have i learned - to handle pressure better and in a productive way

Management - Go on a social level and strict when it comes to business

Work Place - united and we work as a team

Hardest part of the job - Working overtimes and not getting the well deserve rewards 

Most enjoyable about my job - am hands on with regards to all the processes and the day to day business runnings am not limited to my job profile only but involved in everything which gives me an overview of the business and the much experience needed to grow my career

If you want to work in finance you need to ensure that you don't have any other commitments before 20h00 at night.  Most people in finance don't stay for more than a year because of the unreasonable deadlines.  Management style not ideal, with managers telling staff that they ensure 10% turnover of personnel yearly and not giving proper handovers or guidance on how to achieve the expected goals.

For experience in a fast growing company, this is definitely worth a try

Work and cultural in the company was good they made us feel welcomed

Great company to work with career developement. Within 4 years I was promoted 3 times from area manager to regional to national sales management. 
Descent salary with high bonus. 
Market leaders in all business across the group. 
Driven by technology they have always been one step ahead.
The company had a policy of open doors where the Ceo would meet everyone in the company.

Working at Hello Group is rewarding and dynamic. The team is supportive, management provides guidance, and daily challenges build skills. Helping customers with remittances is fulfilling, and the collaborative, inclusive culture makes the workplace positive and growth-oriented.

It is a bad place to work at. Can't keep sane in that place. Not enjoyable at all. Most employees in Finance are interns and they do not work like interns. They work like permanent employees with little salary. This is all due to management. There is a reason why they have a high staff turnover.
